I didn't catch your names but I came in late this afternoon for an H. Pylori test on the lab side and you may have worked some magic because I received my results this evening. I am so grateful for the staff at this office. Thank you for all of your help since I messed up and didn't follow the directions! You may have saved my surgery date!

I have attempted to reach out to a manager to discuss my concerns however they have not ever answered my inquiries thus here I am on Yelp. I can speak for the pediatric practice on south first. The providers and nurses are competent however the communication side of ARC is lacking and dangerous. I have had now numerous instances where we are seen and then have had issues with prescriptions sent and have an incredibly difficult time reaching staff to address the issue. The only way to reach them is via a nurse line or portal messaging with a disclaimer for 5 day answering time- which creates a barrier in speaking with your own medical team. Look elsewhere for your care

Dr. Hartman and his assistant were fabulous! I recommend him. The problem is tolerating the rude front desk staff. But, if you can deal with that and get to Dr. Hartman you will be satisfied with his care.

The app is easy to use once set up but if going in as new patient the calls take a long time on hold to answer or when transfer. Staff were great and super helpful once answered and in the visit. Lots of patients go there it appears and probably the reason for time delay on phone. Thanks for great service.

Who has the time to wait on hold for an hour or more for simple lab results? I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone who told me the Dr never submitted his report, then was transferred again to hold again to talk with a nurse about the issue I am having. They have an app they require you to use for MyChart, which is totally obnoxious, no simple website to access your information, and the app didn't work when I finally did try to install it, and it gave me a customer service number to call. No thank you. How inefficient can an experience be? The folks working at ARC are great, and I can see they are just trying to do their jobs, but the business side of this practice is absolutely terrible. I deeply regret switching to this clinic, will not remain with them, and I feel bad for the people who are working there.

Megan Delaney is the greediest f*ck I've ever had the displeasure of seeing at a doctors office. I had a physical and she refused to answer questions about my health without billing me. I have NEVER experienced this before, even with other nurse practitioners or doctors at ARC. So I have no idea what is wrong with Megan that she can't be a DOCTOR and help answer a patient's medical concerns, instead of just wanting a big check for being a NP. Here's to hoping Megan loses her license because she does not care at ALL about health.
