It takes months to see my doctor, the online messaging is extremely inefficient, I had to use urgent care for any and all my needs in the last three years despite having "my" doctor at ARC. Last week I was trying to get a refill and it took 3 days of constant calls and waiting on the phone for 15-20 minutes at a time to always be told "your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy" but didn't.

Dr. Andino is an excellent Neurologist and the responsiveness of her and everyone in her office is second to none. I would recommend anyone with MS to see her.

I waiting for my annual 4 month (yes, that's was first available). I have high deductible plan, I mentioned this several time during visit, I asked don't do anything beside the annual to keep the visit free. I asked several times is it free or not what she is doing. I didn't complain a lot because it's 'healthy visit'.
And I got $200 bill plus $60 for labs. Seriously? Why?? I can got visit in a couple weeks, not waiting annual, if I want to waste $200!

I left a bad review in the past and I wish I could find it to remove it. I was angry because they left me waiting for a while for my appointment.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Coughlin. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurse taking my vitals were all so friendly and helpful. The Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease over the many issues I came to him with. He found solutions to some of my problems, and made referrals to other professionals. Overall, I'm really glad I have this place another chance, I look forward to continuing my healthcare with ARC.

Excellent place! We have not been here before, but the place was absolutely spotless, the front office staff was extremely helpful. The appointment was on time and went smoothly. The overall experience was excellent.

Please better educate the front desk/admin/whoever makes appointments on each doctor's specialty.
I was referred to a rheumatologist at Far West that my PCP had recommended and was told (by the very nice and pleasant person scheduling my appointment) I needed to see Dr. Kung at Four Points (or another location) instead because he 'is the Ehlers-Danlos specialist'. when I arrived he was very annoyed because he ONLY deals with arthritis and has to tell multiple hypermobile patients per day that he can't help them. I am sure he is very good at what he does so this review should not reflect on him as a doctor whatsoever. He suggested a doctor for me to see in Dallas that can help and I really appreciate that.
so I ask that the clinic please educate the staff better to avoid these sort of events. it's frustrating for the doctor, but it's frustrating for the patient too, who may have to drive very far to see that doctor, and who may have trauma from previous experiences with medical professionals already.
edit to add that i have had overall positive experiences with ARC otherwise and anyone reading this review should not be scared away by this. i also changed my review to 2 stars because 1 star seemed too harsh.

My 83 year old father with dementia was just turned away for arriving 13 minutes late to an appointment. We drove 30 minutes and had a bathroom emergency on the way. I explained this to the staff. The doctor’s nurse would not even talk to us much less work with us to salvage the situation. The staff was dismissive and totally lacking in compassion or even good manners. We have been waiting months for this appointment. This is not the place if you are looking for compassionate care for your elders!
