We had a small leak in the roof, and Luis identified the problem right away, plus a few other items that needed to be addressed to prevent other problems in the future. The team was responsive, available, and prompt in scheduling the repair and getting the work done. We have used this company before for an unrelated roof issue and would recommend them to others.

Luis did a great job of providing the detailed quote, took pictures around the area where the leak might occur and also arranged the repair. We were lucky that the technician came and repaired a day before the rain started, so we can see whether the repair was done right the next day.
After the repair, they sent over photos documenting the repair and they were able to get it done in about 3 hours efficiently

Really good experience with the team at Austin Roofing and Construction for a small-medium roof repair due to removing a power line meter pole. They were not the cheapest bid I received but they did an amazing job and you can not tell that they had to replace a panel of the wall or that there was any repair. Very professional team, quality work. No notes.

In October of 2021 we had Austin Roofing and Construction give us an estimate for a Tesla roof and a conventional shingle roof. The Tesla roof was way out of our league, but their shingle roof was more affordable than their competition that was canvasing the neighborhood after the hail storm. We checked references which were good and verified that they were not a fly by night roofing company. They were able to find a company that removed our outdated solar panels at a considerable savings. Our roof was put on in a timely manner with multiple checks from supervisors after the initial install. At this point three years later, we have no complaints and no leaks.

Can't say enough good things about ARC. We'd worked previously with a very well-known roofing construction company here in Austin who did a horrendous job in multiple attempts at fixing a leak. ARC came in, was very thorough and professional, and solved our problem completely - even though it took multiple visits. The final product looks fantastic, looks brand new, and zero leaks even in heavy storms.
