Helps to keep us seniors motivated and moving. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

They just moved to a new location and everybody misses the old manager Valerie. The new manager is doing a good job though. The exercise rooms are smaller than before but they did add a pool table and some other spaces. The coffee is getting better, they brought back powdered cream which is better than the 1% milk.
