Austin Swim Club is truly an outstanding place for young swimmers to grow and thrive. The coaching staff is not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply connected with the swimmers. Coaches Chuck and Randy stand out for the way they bring passion and energy to every practice. It’s clear they care just as much about the person as they do the athlete.
What makes them exceptional is the way they don’t just teach drills, they explain why those drills matter, helping swimmers understand how each detail ties into their overall technique and performance. That extra step makes a huge difference, especially for young athletes who are learning to connect the dots in their training.
On top of their technical expertise, they know how to make practices enjoyable. Their sense of humor and ability to connect with the swimmers keeps the atmosphere light, even during tough workouts. Practices may be challenging, but the positive environment makes swimmers look forward to showing up and giving their best every day.
Austin Swim Club has built something special, and it’s easy to see why swimmers and families feel so supported here.

Like it, meets are well organized, people are friendly (Austin thing not ASC) but still 5 stars!!
For meets def bring chairs and a cover/hat for sun protection there's not a lot of cover around the pool if you actually want to watch.
Plenty of shade and space for stretching without visibility of the pool but it works out.

??♀️ Great swim club for all ages, 5 yrs and older. You need to pass a short try-out to qualify, in other words you or your kid should be comfortable to have a few laps in freestyle, breastroke. Coaches are amazing, Jocelyn & Ivy are great with kids ?? Pool is huge and different tiers of teams can practice simultaneously without any trouble. There’s enough seating outside, though it would be much better if there were shade (under Texan sun ?). All in all, great club with chilled but competitive culture ? I’m hoping to get private lessons for myself for some technique and artistic ?

Facility is nice, clean.As an out of town parent attending a swim meet, it’s awful. They have stands, that nobody can sit in. Instead parents are crammed on the side using a narrow walking path, and behind all the fences and hanging on the hillside between trees like freaking refugees trying to see. Or, you just don’t see.

Decent size swimming pool. But it’s all outside. In winter gets a bit too cold when you get out of water.

Great instructors for kid swim 5yo+, clean facility, pool is only outdoors but it is heated during cold weather. Staff is very kind. I think you pay for quality here.
