What a waste of time! Poor communication, inaccurate information provided, etc. I provided them with an excel spreadsheet for our order only for them to say, "oh no," can you actually give us the order like this? How about providing that ordering detailed info up front, cancelled our order with them and would never use them again, also no follow up to apologize or attempt to keep our business! BOOOO!

Austin T-Shirt Lab is amazing! Their design services were impressive and fast, and the communication with Haley from their team was 10/10. My boyfriend ordered shirts from them over a year ago and the shirt quality is still practically brand new. I will happily stay a repeat customer to this awesome company!

Designing with Austin T-shirt lab is the most pleasant T-shirt design experience I’ve been through! I can’t tell you how many iterations of designs they came up with to get to one that we liked. They’re work is superb and they’ve even rushed my shipping after a hold up with payment just to get the shirts to us on time. This is the only place to consider buying t-shirts from in the Austin area (and elsewhere!)

Great customer service & finished product! Our softball team needed jerseys quickly, we provided our logo and received a proof of product within 48 hours. Hayley helped us out with prompt communication and made sure we got our shirts before our 1st game. Will definitely be using this company next time I need custom apparel.

I recently used Austin T-shirt Lab for the first time. They were quick to respond, fast with production, and we had the exact design in hand way before we needed them. It's difficult to find a fast and reliable shirt vendor with great quality. I was highly satisfied with the team & shirt quality!
