I've been with this credit union 25 years. They've always treated me well at this branch. They've alerted me of fraud 4 times and when it wasn't fraud they have 24 hour service to correct it.

Went there to get a new card. The atmosphere in the lobby was so lame and the staff that did help, had the same vibe. It felt like they didn't want to be there. Lighting there sucks so it added to the boring people

Very nice bank tellers...I love that this bank it is always very calm, the customer service it is, the best I ever find in any financial institution.The only bad thing that I see, it is the schedule they close extremely early, and every time I need to go to the bank in person I have to leave very early from my job.Other than that, so far so good...

If I would have known that this bank does not accommodate it's customers, I wouldn't have opened up my business account.. this bank accommodates its employees! Drive thru opens at 9:00am, the majority of banks drive thru opens at 7:30 or 8am...the Switchboard closes at 3:00pm, others are open to 5:00pm. You can only go into the bank between 9am and 3pm. I understood the change during Covid.. Pandemic is OVER.... If your looking for a bank of convenience, THIS IS NOT THE ONE!! I'm hoping to close my account ASAP.. it's just a pain in the a$$ to do!!

This credit union truly doesn't care if they provide good service or not once you're locked into a loan with them. Different customer service reps give you different answers and you practically have to own a fax machine to engage with them. Go with a credit union that accepts electronic signature - usually a sign that their infrastructure is up to date.

Parking is limited and getting in and out of parking lot is a choir. Staff is nice. Unfortunately this bank has the worst hours. Phones are not on till 8:30 am or latter and cut off by 3pm. Good luck getting assistance. Why have a bank that with such bad hours. The app this bank has is really bad.

Senior loan officer Alessandra Herring was completely unwilling to even try to get my business. It's sad that a senior loan officer of a pretty well known credit union wants no new business for her company. After trying to apply for a loan and getting immediately denied for a reason that is easily fixable, she completely wrote me off. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I mean, if you dislike a job so much maybe you should try a new profession?

Non stop issues with this bank and Particularly the branch on 290. This company is not helpful at all. Been a member for 12 years and out of convenience I've never switched. Started a business And I've quickly found out that I should've went to a big bank. They stop taking phone calls at 4 PM and most of their offices close around that time. It's a pain to get ahold of anyone and all the offices are also closer to the public so you can only do the drive through or make a appointment.

Excellent bank experience! Luis M. got me set up with my business bank account and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. He's friendly, professional and answered all of my many questions without fail. The last bank I was using had problems and headaches from the start so I was worried about switching, but I'm very happy I did. Thank you Luis! I'm looking forward to using Austin Telco FCU from now on!

There are always issues with my translations. I either can’t deposit or cash a check. They seem to come up with a reason why I am not allowed to do one thing or another, ever thought it was perfectly OK only a week before. After this pandemic is over I am moving my banking business elsewhere!
