Customer service is practically non-existent. Employees are not properly trained to answer your questions and resolve your issues. I have been a good customer for 8+ years and I'm at the point where I am ready to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. They obviously hire the bottom of the barrel of candidates to keep a seat warm and give doofus responses to try to satisfy the customer

Need a Bank That never has a working ATM! This is the bank for you!!!!! Want to plan a night out but end up you have to go to 2 different banks just to get YOUR money out of an ATM!?!?! Do not understand how this bank is still in business, this is not just something that just started happening. NO this has been going on for YEARS!!!! So many times, my night was cancelled because of their useless ATM's!

Absolutely horrible. Incompetent. NOT knowledgeable nor helpful. I have been to a branch half a dozen times to try and add a signer to our business account. I deal with a different person "in charge" each time and they demand something extra that doesn't exist or shouldn't exist. The current request is the signatures of 40 people who approved the change. Ridiculous and inaccurate I am sure but they are sticking to their script on this one. RUN the other way. Any other bank has to be better.

DO NOT use this bank! Worst customer service experience(s) ever, and will not allow me to transfer my money from their bank to another institution!? Customer service team members straight up lied to me saying it would be possible, and it was not until the third time I called that someone told me I had to come into a branch to withdraw my money. Be smart, go to a big bank and avoid the stress and headache that Austin Telco will inevitable give you.

I hate this bank. I've never banked anywhere that makes it so difficult to spend your own money. I'm trying to pay for a vacation and it's out of the country. The payment was declined and if I don't pay in 24 hours, they will cancel my reservation. I called the bank and they supposedly removed the restrictions. She told me to give it 10 minutes. I gave it 20, then called the resort back and my card still declined. I called the bank back, but they are closed for the day. I came home and got online and removed the restrictions myself and it still didn't work. Thanks to Austin Telco I will either lose my vacation or have to pay interest on it b/c I now have to put it on a credit card. It should't be this hard to spend my own money. This isn't the first time this has happened. It happens over and over again. Now my new goal is to figure out the best time to take all my money out of their banks and move it somewhere that allows me to spend the money I make.

I was looking up their hours here and saw all these old bad reviews and just had to put in my two cents. I've been banking here for two decades. I will never bank at a big chain bank again. Refinanced my house three times here, countless auto loans, money market accounts, started both my kids with a savings accounts here when they were young. They have Mobile deposit, the app makes it easy to transfer money to another account, free bill pay, someone friendly always answers the phone when I call. I love Austin Telco.

If I could give a fraction of a star I would. ATFCU loves to play games with payroll direct deposits. They'll hold it as long as possible even when it shows pending. Fuck ATFCU!

My boss referred me to their car loan service. I got the Pre approval letter the same day that I applied, next day I paid deposit for a car but the delivery time was delayed because of chip shortage, I waited for two months, my pre approval has expired. The next day morning I received the purchase order, I called the customer service, they immediately helped me to resubmit an application and asked me to go to a branch to speed up the process. It only took 30 min as they promised, they financed me a new car 100% and the Interest rates are good. The staff was absolutely friendly, the team was professional and the whole process went well! 5 stars!

Went here to open a loan display low Rates trying to tell me it's with banking with them and other stuff I am happy where I am am go get you're accounts somewhere else I just need a loan I am not changing my banks just to get a loan and stuff I have excellent credit I manage my stuff .

I love this place. I used to be a member at the Cedar Park location on Bell and I never got a straight answer. I was there for 23 years and nobody smiled, never a hello etc. In fact they would forget to ask me for my password! Very cold.At this new location of Balcones Woods and Research it is so different. Friendly caring and they go beyond what is expected. Ashley has been wonderful to work with at this location. I feel like they truly want to do the best for me. There is always a smile when I come into the bank and they remember me. I trust them that they will give me the correct answers. SO very happy!
