I went to discount tire with an appointment and waited 20 minutes without getting helped, left and came straight here. They helped me out right away. My tire was patched and I was away within half an hour, and for a great price! Definitely recommend.

Service was great but lowkey a rip off. $25 for a tire patch ain’t right… they’ll argue that it’s about speed but I’ve paid $5 for a patch from a place that was equivalent in speed and service..

Edit: I continue to love this place! I’ve bought new tires from them and they patched them later for free. And they are fast! And there is usually a shop dog. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you, tire shop, for making errands bearable!

Had a fat nail in my tire and had this shop recommended by a mechanic for Quick Tire repairs. Called them and they recommended coming in at a particular time when they would probably be free. I came in at that time and as promised they had immediate availability. It quickly diagnosed problem which required getting a used replacement tire which they happen to have on site at a ridiculously reasonable price. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes and cost me $75 flat. I'm sure Firestone would have charged twice as much and taken three times as long.

I tried calling 3-4 times and got tons of attitude and was hung up on. Really gave the benefit of the doubt, and was treated very poorly.

Positive: they offer inexpensive tires and are quick and efficient. Negative: they try to upsell you by telling you that your other tires are at the end of their life and need to be replaced. They can’t be trusted. I had already just been to the dealership (who always upsell, right) and my tires were deemed great. I hit a nail or glass and got one flat tire a few days later. These guys immediately said with certainty that all my tires needed to be replaced. Not cool! I didn’t obviously but I’m sure others who didn’t just get their tires evaluated will be tricked.
