I have started seeing Lilly every 3 weeks or so for SNS and she is phenomenal! 10 stars if I could. She has completely changed how I wear my nails, as I’ve never been able to maintain my natural nails as a long almond shape before in my life. My nails grow so long and are so strong in between visits that I call her the nail doctor. I also don’t mind the champagne offer every time I sit down! If you have ever wanted to try SNS-Lilly is your girl!

Love Austin Regalia Nail! The owner, Kaitlyn, is always there managing the spa. She knows everyone by name. My artist is Amy. She is focused on detail and loves what she does. I always leave there happy.

Finding a good nail salon is hard. I have gone to many different salons and this one by far exceeds expectations. I’ve been coming for a few years now and the service is always consistent. It’s either great or really great! ? staff is friendly, listens to what you want and is quick but careful to give you the best results. I look forward to my monthly trip here and will be back! Thank you Trang & Michael for a beautiful mani and pedi!

Requested style: I asked for a white and pink ombré dipped nails and showed the stylist a photo of some I like. She replicated it perfectly!
Cleanliness: This place is so charming with its Regalia theme. It’s clean and spacious and so welcoming.
Stylist: Olivia is the best nail stylist I’ve ever had! I’m sure everyone else there is great too, but once she nailed (heehee) my first set, I have continued to request her. She is efficient, kind, and pays excellent attention to detail.

I was able to schedule two pedicures same day of Mother's Day weekend even though they were busy. The technicians were nice and very accommodating to our comfort level. I saw a bad review commenting on not getting the color requested and I will say the color I selected looked different in natural light so the light in the spa does seem to affect how the colors look. Might want to take the swatch to the door (for natural light) to make sure it's what you want. I will be visiting again!

Clean, relaxing environment. Unable to complete my request of a neutral nail based and neutral colors with my olive skin. The nail tech blamed in on the lighting and was validated by her team that the design did match when I mention it did not the picture. You can see how she over buffed my nails under my base. Bubbles and uneven gel painted on. They charged me a full manicure even though it wasn’t complete. Very unprofessional. Not worth the prices. Go to cute nails salon for the same price but better service.

Nails started popping off days after getting them done I went to see the nail tech by the name of Lee Lee and she made my nails extremely to thick even after I told her countless times that they were to thick me and my sister spent over 400$ that day only for terrible service! Her toes nail polish came off as soon as she went home !! We were the last ones to leave the nail shop when we got there at 5 they seemed ever to get us in and out ! These nails were definitely way to big and thick for my nail bed lesson learned I definitely won’t be returning again if I could give 0 stars I would

First time at the salon. The staff was very kind and welcoming and they got me right in. I had a spa pedicure and full set and they did an amazing job on both. Very detail oriented! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I've been coming here for years and some do a better job than others but today will be my last time coming because they have become rude and talk crap about you in there language. Very unprofessional and disappointing that I will not be coming back. I feel if you're paying for your nails they should be done how you want them not how they want them. Very unfortunate.
