I have been looking for the right vet and I finally found it! Austin Vet Hospital was very caring and understanding. We were able to get our dog checked out the next day I called. Staff and Doctor were very sweet and respectful!!

From the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I walked in customer service was a heart warming greeting. I was listen to regarding my dogs problem and relief was given to my dog. If my dogs are happy Mommy is happy.

Great, friendly staff. I recently moved to Austin and was worried to go to a new vet because my previous one was so great. Our experience was on-par and my dog still loves to go to the vet. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and gentle with my dog.

The administrative staff is efficient. The Vet Technicians are helpful and knowledgeable and the Dr Lott always helps me with any problems that my kitty and dog have. I highly recommend Austin Vet for the care of your pet.

Austin Vet Hospital has served me and my pets for several years now, and they've long provided compassionate, friendly, and essential help for the various dogs I've had. All the staff and techs are always super sweet, and Dr. Lott in particular has been such a great caretaker for my last three dogs. She's helped me through the pains of a dog with late-stage kidney disease and the joys of adopting new dogs since then. I've appreciated her support, knowledge, and guidance through all of that! Thanks to the whole Austin Vet Hospital team!

I've been going to AVH for a few years now. They have always been so great when it comes to my reactive pup. Everyone is patient with her and accommodating. They’re also wonderful at diagnosing and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Took my miniature schnauzer, Oliver, to Austin Vet Hospital for his annual checkup and they were so gentle with him while administering his vaccinations. They were also very transparent about pricing up front before he ever saw the doctor which we appreciated. They also had an interactive photo opp for the animals in the front office for Halloween with a bunch of different costumes, which is precious!
