Absolutely terrible customer service. Simply refused service once I mentioned I’m paying out of pocket. Extremely sketchy people here most likely making profit off of scamming insurance.

They do great work. They’re a little high priced if you’re paying out of pocket like I was (I’m an insurance adjuster, so I know repair times, etc) but all the other comments seem to suggest they work well with insurance companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my cars back, but again if you’re paying out of pocket they’re a tad high priced.

This is the second vehicle that Austin collision and custom bodywork has taken care of for me. Rodney and Wayne have some of the highest standards in the industry. Last time they did custom bodywork on my F250 Harley Davidson edition this time it was on my 2024 Corvette that was hit two days after purchased. This thing looks factory fresh. They even had it detailed before I picked it up.

I can't say enough great things about Austin's Collision. My Rav4 Prime has been through a few hit-and-run incidents, and Austin's Collision has restored it back to new. Wayne and his staff are professional, friendly, reliable, and give you solid advice. I have never hesitated to refer folks to this auto body shop. They do great work, and make the process seamless! Had a great experience here! My girlfriend and I went to a few places in town for a quote on fixing the front bumper after someone backed into us. From the start we had a very thorough inspection and quote with the best price in town. Dropped our car off and got it back in 4 days completely fixed, washed, and detailed! Wayne went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!
