Keith is perhaps one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is incredibly helpful and will do anything to help you. I had a potentially very serious issue regarding two of my merchant accounts. The accounts were in my name but being run entirely through a third party whom I had initially trusted. This third party did not make payments on time, and the accounts had been delinquent for months when I finally found Keith online and asked for his help. I live in Utah, and Keith is in Texas. But that was totally fine, because Keith was able to guide me (over the phone and through emails) on how to manage dealing with this third party so that they would make payments and I could avoid a lawsuit. Keith's desire to help and his knowledge and expertise in the area of merchant accounts is amazing and definitely helped me resolve my issue. I would highly recommend him and his company!!!

Keith and Anthony helped my husband and I find a great point of sale system for our small business. After a couple of trial and errors trying to decide on a POS system on our own, they were the guiding light we needed and their help has elevated our business in a way that frees us up for a little extra personal time. If we ever need anything they are always available to help us find the solutions and resources to keep our business moving forward.

Robb Vonderharr of ACCS and I have had business several run-ins throughout the past couple of years. He is a professional who really knows the credit card processing industry. I asked him to take a look at my company's credit card processing statements to see how he could help out. In an industry where you are always expecting to be caught out with something, these guys shine. Customer Service is responsive and helpful, our transition to them was made extra easy for us. their PCI compliance process is so much easier than our last provider and with no tricks to make you buy another service from them. We were impressed with how well they managed the latest upgrade to Chip cards, our new machine was in and working in good time, so drama, no issues, just great service. I highly reccomend them.
