Be careful of this business. I dropped my car off this morning for an internal and external detail and when I arrived at the specified time before 9 am, no one was in the office to receive customers and I had to wait 10 mins for the receptionist to arrive. Once someone did arrive and I dropped my car off, I explained that I parked under a tree and had a few concerns about the leaves that would need to be addressed. When I picked my car up this afternoon, my rear bumper has damage to the paint, there’s still leaves and debris all over my vehicle, and the keys were left in the vehicle, that was parked outside, with the doors unlocked. My brakes are also making a screeching sound when I back up, and I now have to take my vehicle to the dealership to ensure no damage was done.

Great service, great communication, got the job done. Detailed the interior and removed the cigarette smell that we took it in for. So happy we'll be bringing back our other vehicles.

I bought the detail service for a Christmas gift. The team did a great job cleaning my daughter’s dirty vehicle. Their communication was stellar as well. If I have to get another vehicle detailed I will definitely use this company again.

My expectations with the detailing has exceeded.My vehicle smells brand new but it is 10 years old vehicle. I have been coming here for the last 2 years they never disappoint.

Car looks amazing! Huge difference. Been trying to clean my car for quite some time. Happy I came across this place. Scheduled for an interior detail. Staff was friendly and informative when scheduling. Drop off and after hours pick-up was convenient. They managed to erase years of pet and kid wear and tear. My vehicle looked and smelled fresh and clean upon pickup. If you need a proper interior cleaning, this is the place!

Terrible customer service. Sent me a message saying my appointment was one day, went back and said it was another, miscommunication on their end cost me $100. They talked to me like I was a dog, completely disrespectful. Business must be pretty bad if $100 is that important to them. Did not even get to get my car done, for $100. Sickening customer service.Regardless of what below message says, regardless of how much of this situation was mine or their fault, they did not at any point of interaction treat us with respect. He called me childish and said I needed to learn a lesson, to which my husband sure did respond with anger and shouting. I made an appointment a week prior, and they canceled that and rescheduled me for a week later, which is where the confusion on the dates came in. They were heartless and intolerable of the misunderstanding, and berated me for it. To any prospective customers, y’all better not make one small slip up or you’ll be down $100 and threatened with police as well.Mr Krabs no longer works at the Krusty Krab, he’s into the auto detailing business now, and he’s ready to pinch some pennies. It has been 5 years since I got my car's windows tinted at Auto Detailing Austin. I have had zero problems. No bubbling, no misty spots, nothing. I cannot recommend this place and people enough. They have fantastic customer service and aren't even that expensive. I also had my car detailed, with the same awesome results.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I've gone to them twice, once for tinting and once for detailing. First of all, dealing with Stella is such a pleasure. She is 1000% the right person to be the face of this company. She's so friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I'm a transplant and I've found that not many places do business down here like they do. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Second of all, BIG shout out to Andrea. My god that lady worked some magic. I kept my dad's collector series Cadillac after he passed and didn't have it in me to start working on it until recently so unfortunately the car sat for 2 years. Angela did some incredible, and I mean incredible detailing work on my father's car. It meant so much to me and I can't stop smiling when I sit in the car, to be honest. It looks absolutely amazing. If you're looking for good detailing or tinting in Austin, this is the place you go to. Thank you thank you thank you!

Andrea is one of the few people you’ll find these days that take true pride in their work. She literally walked me through every inch of the vehicle and let me know what products are safe to use

Excellent service with honest prices. Second visit here and there will be a third in the near future. Only 1 negative about this place is that they won't tint front windows darker than the state allows. 35% which is very light.

Unfortunately I cant tell you if they do good work or not. Called in June to get 95 Ford Bronco detailed inside snd out. After explaining its been sitting since 2011 and in bad shape, but I saw their pics online and it looks like they can handle it. Even sent a couple pics. Schedule appt but then rear window wouldnt work so after a month or two in body shop. Rescheduled, waited two weeks for appt only to be told after it being there for 2.5 hours that they can't do inside. Asked about exterior and 3 hours later told they didnt want to do it either. Dont advertise you can handle a messy job if you can't. UPDATE: Employee that received pictures no longer works there and, I have a witness to my phone call from owner. At no time did I cuss or use f word. I simply stayed my review was accurate and I wasn't going to remove or edit that people have a right to know what happened. He asked for empathy and I explained I'm older and I'm completely out.

Andrea did such an amazing job on my car. I was pretty embarrassed and did a lot of apologizing dropping it off. It hasn’t been detailed in 7 years, and I bring my dogs to work everyday. I didn’t realize how nose blind I had become to the dog smell. The car looks better than it has in years. Thank you so much!Services: Seat shampooing
