I brought them my amp and preamp that were sitting in a garage for 30 years. They brought them back to life perfectly and at a reasonable cost. Chris was also kind enough to offer me great advice on hooking everything back up. Very pleased with Pyramid and will definitely recommend them.

The service was great! I had an older tube amp, that had lost a channel, and it was fixed easy and completely and cleaned and returned to me looking almost new! Considering a new similar amp would costs $$$$$$ this was high value and return on investment. Thank you all so very much.

Third time Pyramid has repaired some of my old stereo components over the last 20 years or so. I've always been satisfied. Not cheap, but in line with other shops. Honest appraisal as to whether it's worth the $99 nonrefundable deposit versus buying a new unit. It's always a bit of a shock to see the parts was a small portion of the charge, but replacement cost would be ten or fifteen times the repair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have an old Bang & Olufsen BeoVision Avant 55" 4K HDTV with a dead video board. Since Pyramid is the regional B&O repair center for the SW region, I had it shipped to them for diagnosis and repair. The process was very smooth and the repair was done expeditiously. The TV arrived back in my home in tip-top shape and it is now one of my pride possessions in our living room. Thank you!

Dropped off my Denon AVR-X3500H Receiver for in-warranty repair. Had an issue where streaming services (Spotify, Airplay, etc.) would act like they were playing but produce no sound. A week or two after drop-off they called back saying they couldn't replicate the issue and it seems to be working. I picked it up looking clean and new. They must have a magic touch, because streaming works perfectly now after many months of resets and countless hours with Denon tech support didn't resolve the issue.Hassle-free and responsive service. Thanks Pyramid Audio!

Super knowledgeable and helpful technical support. Chris helped me diagnose the issue with my 20 year old Beosound 1. Very responsive and great customer support all around. I cannot recommend Pyramid Audio enough. This is the right place to take your gear for repair.

Thanks extended to Chris and everyone else involved at this shop for restoring my Bang & Olufsen Beogram 8002 to it's former glory. I am the original purchaser from back in 1985 and I'm certainly glad this service was available within driving distance!

I took a reel to reel tape deck for repairs after 23 years in a storage unit. They charged me $99 for the estimate. I was told that the parts to fix the start and reverse commands are not available and that I could buy a remote for $70 to bypass them. The rest of the necessary repairs will be $400. After that I decided to give it to the good Will folk. My wife persuaded me to try selling it at EBay since it was high end. I sold it as "for repairs" witht the written estimate from Pyramid attached to a gentleman in San Antonio who came to pick it up. He paid me $250. Three days latter he called to tell me that, after cleaning everything inside the unit works perfectly and sounds terrific. I lost a great tape deck. The owner of Pyramis is the one of 3 things: 1-Dishonest or 2: ignorant or 3-both Take your stuff there for repairs at your own risk. Gaston

Called about a stereo repair. Not helpful and rude. I wouldn't recommend.

I purchased a set of studio monitors off eBay for a very nice price. Unfortunately, that nice price revealed its reason when I set them up. One speaker played at a severely diminished volume. I called Pyramid, they gave me the run down - $99 to look at it, applied to any eventual repairs/parts. I was told a couple weeks wait. 2 weeks later, I call in. They've run tests, appears to be a failed power supply. It'll cost close to $40 additional. I pick up the speaker and it's working, sounding amazing! As it should. Couldn't be happier. In the end, still got the speakers at a good price and now I know where to go for repairs. Yes, it has bars on the windows. Who cares? It's old school Austin. Pleasant, laid back people. Can they work magic? Don't know but they fixed my goods. I'd recommend.

I'm lowering my rating to 1 star, because they foolishly updated my receiver's firmware without making a backup of my settings first, which apparently caused a lot of my setup work to be lost. This will cost me hours of time, $100 to $200 of an installer's help, or both, to rectify.
