I have used Autocraft for years. They are the only shop I’ll take my Tesla to. In this most recent incident, State Farm wanted to total my car, which was perfectly drivable. They just didn’t think it was worth fixing. But Autocraft worked with them and ended up convincing them to pay for the entire thing, and all I paid was my $250 deductible! Outstanding customer service, and of course, their craftsmanship is second to none! Best in town, no doubt about it. Cristian was my service manager and he is not only respectful and thoughtful, but extremely on the ball and knows how to get the job done. If you have a luxury car that needs body repairs, these guys are the way to go.

This is the only place in Austin to take your vehicle! The team do absolutely the best work in town and put your car back on the road looking better than new! Cristian is top notch for customer service and you can always expect to be treated like a friend and not a number here! Hands down 5/5 stars all day!

If you want the highest quality restoration of your vehicle, no one does it better than Autocraft Bodywerks. NO ONE. I accidentally tore a 3 inch hole in the sheet metal of my car while moving an rv in my garage. They welded it back together without removing the quarter panel. Simply amazing craftsmanship. Impossible to tell it ever happened. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I’m really hoping I don’t ever have to visit another body shop, but if I do it will definitely be Autocraft. I’ve had the unfortunate luck of being hit in the past 4 cars I’ve owned. I’ve visited many body shops in Austin and Autocraft is the best. They did an amazing job on my Audi Q8 repair and were quick and efficient. Cristian was super kind and helpful and communicated regularly. Highly recommend!

After my experience Started bad in San Marcus at another body shop. Noel single-handedly came in and made my experience 100% different. I wish I had started with him throughout the process. He made it seem this updating me often and did anything to make me happy after being disappointed with shop.

When our Rivian was hit by another driver, who also happened to be uninsured, we were devastated. The vehicle was not drivable and originally towed to a salvage yard. We contacted Autocraft and they arranged to have the Rivian brought down to their shop. Autocraft also took care of all of the communication with our insurance.
One of the specialists we worked with was Fila and while it’s stressful to be in an accident, he was always emphatic to our situation. Once we got the vehicle back, there were a few minor corrections that needed to be made. Cristian stepped in and really went above and beyond to make sure any outstanding items were addressed and the vehicle was returned to us in excellent condition. Without a doubt, Cristian made sure to take great care of our Rivian and we are extremely thankful to him and the entire Autocraft team.

Was referred by the Tesla body shop to Autocraft as the Tesla shop had lengthy lead times. I’m super pleased with these folks. Autocraft Bodywerks is the best shop in town for Tesla auto and body repair. Bryanna’s attention to detail is next level and Christian provided an unparalleled level of customer service. They truly care and they’re laser focused on the customer experience. Highly recommend Autocraft Bodywerks!

We could not be happier to have found Autocraft BodyWerks to help fix my husband’s Camaro. We had taken it to 4 other shops and some places didn’t even want to touch it because of the complexity of this particular model. We were lucky enough to be paired up with Lee who took on the challenge with such confidence and grace. Him and Noel were very communicative throughout the process and made us feel confident in the process. It was nice hearing the engine on the Camaro again. Lee took care of our car like it was his own. We are so grateful to him and Noel!

I recently had my Tesla Model S repaired at AutoCraft Body Works, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Absolutely fantastic work! Proactive and thorough communication during the entire time they worked on our BMW. OEM parts only, which is what you really want if quality matters to you. Lifetime warranty is just icing on the cake. This is the spot for your luxury car.

Wow! Although the workmanship is top notch professional, and the customer service is very professional, these guys treated me like I was their favorite neighbor! Best customer service I have encountered in such a long long time. Also noted that employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and do their work. What a reflection on great management. And. Or course. My car looks perfect.
