I was not an easy person to deal with. Derek however made sure I actually left out of here with a deal I was impressed with. I am not a person that likes driving and he made sure I actually left here with what I wanted. I don’t want to admit it since I feel a way about dealerships but I actually was impressed. I had a service appointment for my Prius and I arrived on time. I waited in a long line of cars for 30 minutes just to be checked in. This was not ok with me. I talked to several men working there, each of whom had a lackadaisical attitude and responded with the verbal equivalent of a shrug. I was given the excuse that construction is being done so there's now only two lines to check in whereas there were previously six. If Toyota wants my business, they need to take accountability and adjust their business practices so that they can provide satisfactory service even while going through construction. It seems that scheduling fewer appointments at once would be a simple solution. I chose to leave without having my car serviced there because I now have very little confidence or trust in this dealership. This was a waste of my time and energy.

My Tacoma was in for periodic maintenance and the work was performed properly. However, the service desks and visitor lounge were under renovation so all that was in temporary trailer offices. There was considerable difficulties getting feedback/questions from the service manager and replying to those questions due to poor internet/wifi. I believe that delayed the timeliness of the visit. Otherwise it was okay.

We bought 2 cars from them. Worked with salesman Dave both times and he was very nice and accommodating. The manager David was also very nice and transparent and covered any issues/concerns we had. They offered a great price too. Recommend
