Been here a couple times for battery issues. Service is amazing and fast. They have all my info on file so they knew my battery was still under warranty and swapped it out asap. Joshua and the lady working with him were juggling customers and taking good care of everyone. Definitely my go-to spot.

I had a great experience with this autozone! I had a dead battery and the Leslie and Jennifer were the best. They were able to identify the right battery for me, install it, and then make sure all my fluids were topped off and good to go. I always get anxious with car issues as many places try to oversell you, but the team here was honest and knowledgeable. Than you!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer at AutoZone, Store #01390, located at 2735 E. 7th St., Austin, TX. Her badge may have been tucked inside her jacket, but her incredible customer service shined brightly! I walked into the store riddled with anxiety, but Jennifer’s kindness and patience made all the difference. It's okay that they are racist in these stores, but that doesn't mean that because there are white people, black people, or Chicanos, we all go to the same place to buy parts or accessories for our cars or trucks. What difference does money make? No, but it's okay. What does color matter? We're all equal, we're human, but as long as racism continues, it won't stop us from buying our items for our cars. It's better to be equal.

That black lady was absolutely unprofessional, arrogant, and not helpful. I drove far to this store to buy 4 batteries for my truck. she made me wait for an hour, and then she said we don't have, but their system showed they had 10 of them.
But that Mexican lady was so patient, professional, and very polite. I give 5 stars to that Mexican lady and -5 to the black one.

I drove far out of my way to return an item because my home store doesn't sell it anymore and told me to go to this store since they do. Upon trying to make the return I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the workers Jennifer. She had a very rude tone of voice towards me and a nasty look. Even accused me of lying and then completely ignored me and yelled out next customer as I am talking to her calmly trying to resolve the issue. If I could leave 0 stars for this store just because of her I would. Definitely not returning and I don't recommend anyone else does. I've never been met with worse customer service or been treated so disrespectfully in a store before. I've never had any issue at any other autozone and all their employees have been very kind and professional towards me, I was really taken aback with her attitude and unkindness and do not like the image she is setting for the rest of autozone and her coworkers who seemed nice.
