Originally I went to O'reilly to have my truck's battery checked and they were very kind but unfortunately the machine was not working and they very kindly recommended that I go to AutoZone. When I arrived I waited in line and when it was my turn the person at the desk was very rude to me and told me that they had too many cars waiting for the same thing and that I had to wait like 20 minutes, which I had no problem with. But the way he told me and just turned around without saying anything else I do have problem with that, I really don't recommend this place, I won't go back unless it's the last option...

Wouldn’t it be nice if the store was open on time? Got there at 8:20 this morning not a soul inside doors were locked others waiting outside. SMH. No one cares anymore.

I purchased the wrong part so I went in to return it. When I asked the staff for help finding a part that fit my car, they told me they couldn’t possibly know what I was looking for (even though I hadn’t told them the make model year of my car) and then sent me to look for it myself. So, I ended up buying the wrong part again. Will not be visiting this store or another auto zone again.

Worst Autozone experience I’ve ever had.
A parts carrier hit my truck in the parking lot, laughed about it, and went inside where he was greeted by more jokes by the other employees.
(The guy had obnoxious music blasting, and a dozen empty thc vape carts sitting in his front seat, and stuck of weed.)
The damage was just a scratch on my side steps, but the fact that another employee can make jokes at my expense in front of the manger is absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that the parts carrier wasn’t reprimanded whatsoever, when I called for his information I was denied and told I should have called the police.
Trust me, I debated doing so.
Between the young man being an atrocious ghetto troglodyte, his vehicle already in shambles with a long expired paper plate, nothing would have been done financially.
I can’t even fathom how the company has obviously illegal expired vehicles picking up parts for them.
The manger at this location seemed to be young inexperienced individual who couldn’t control circumstances in his own life, let alone a situation like this.
I called the regional GM with no help whatsoever. Absolute Garbage.

The staff is here very efficient and knowledgeable. Max was absolutely fantastic with helping getting the battery replaced. He was calm and helped to explain the process, as a non car person this really helped.

Ruben and Ken saved me. My car battery was dead and they went FAR above and beyond to help me. I went from panicking at home with a dead battery to driving home peacefully in less than an hour. They were SO nice and so professional, I am so grateful for them.
