Called for some headlight help, not only was Bruce super helpful and knowledgeable. He answered everything question and went above and beyond to help me install. I’ll definitely be coming back to this AutoZone!

Bought some a/c freon the one with the hose like 50$ . With my debit card and had a Receipt, took back cause luckily I didn’t have to use it so heyyy I’m gonna go back to the same location I purchased it and the manager gave me hell . But I’m glad I went to other locations which is this lovely place on Springdale rd . The sales team was awesome and los.. helped me out with no issues and questions and when I told him about the other auto zone on 51first and airport. Manager Billy was a racial discrimination and poor customer service as a manager. He already knew what I had to go through with that guy. I’m appreciative him for looking out

I always have a good experience at this location. Very helpful employees. Love coming here for my car needs. I always appreciate that they help me find the parts that I need. So helpful that they will even offer to replace my wipers and light bulbs for free :)

Hello - Hose helped me out and was fast and knowledgeable about the process and the products. He changed out my battery very quickly. They were on time and the store was immaculate - no loitering and it seemed very safe that time of day.

I went to get my battery tested at the Springdale location. Not only did the woman say they wouldn’t replace the battery if I needed to because of staffing (I don’t know how that works but one would think if they were open they should be able to provide the advertised services) she wouldn’t even test it despite having the tester in her hand. She was apathetic and dismissive. I went to the store on 51st and not only did the nice man test the battery with no issue he told me I just needed to clean it and saved my $200 with his honesty. Despite this store being right next to my house I will always drive right past it in the future on my way to the other store.

Brus and Leo are the man! I was in and out with all the supplies I needed to change my battery. Highly recommend! They even checked on me while I was changing it! Good people and even better service.
