Horrible customer service. I buy a car battery from their shop. The manager said he can’t replace it because it was too dark out and he didn’t want to leave the other store associate alone. Here I am stuck in their parking lot with a car that won’t start 😡

Cool laid back store. Every one was cordial and polite. I absolutely love placing orders online with them. The only issue was they didn't contact me once it was ready until I call them. Then I got a text message saying my order was ready. Other than that they are the best

Rude staff. Rude over the phone was unable to get help. Guy answered the phone with irritation in his voice especially after being left on hold for 20 minutes .

Had lifetime warranty on brakes ,brought new brakes and took old ones back but then was told there was no warranty so could not get money back been dealing with auto zone for years this was a first not happy !!

Horrible experience went there to get a new hose that connects from the heater to thermostat, had this girl help us who didn’t even know what part it was, then she called a guy over he told us if we needed a part for a gas hose????? Like what???? we told him not we need a specific hose and a clip that helps connect the hose to the thermostat she then called the manager over, big guy with a piercing in his upper lip. He then told us to go to the agency that they don’t sell that here even though it was right there in the screen. And that we should stop guessing what hose is it and wasting his time and then walked off…. How about you train your employees to identify correct hoses first then worry about what customers know. Never coming back here again really bad customer service coming from their regular employees and specifically their manager.
