They never pick the phone up at all. This is the 5th time I go here and I call before hand and they never pick up. They leave u on hold for more than 10mins this time they put me on hold for 19mins and hung up on me when I responded to them saying I’ve been on hold for 20mins

I will never purchase anything from this store again, purchased a fuel pump,turns out to be a factory defect,take it back the manager person Mario or whatever was so rude and disrespectful,he didn't want to give my money back instead he just gave me a nother pump that I didn't need anymore.its just sad that company's let people like that run thete business

I just visited Auto zone and Marcos was very kind to me at all times. Always very attentive to his work, he is a very professional boy regarding his work. My car battery was damaged and he showed me all the battery options they had available for my car. He always showed a positive attitude, the truth is he helped me a lot so when you visit Auto Zone ask for Marcos 100% recommended ?

The manager doesn't know the difference between flex fuel option and non felx fuel option but just pushed buttons away. Secondly, their more concerned with laughing and playing childish games than paying attention to the customer so you have to tell them multiple times what you said. In conclusion, not only do they not know how do their job or mechanical experience, but they also don't care about their job. This place is recess for adult children. I have to go somewhere else that is more professional like Napa Auto Parts. A traditional old school parts store where they hire mechanically inclined staff vs who they can have play dates with.

I went to look for a fuse for the 3rd Brake Light on my vehicle and Marcos' attention was exceptional!! So much so that he himself helped me place it, something that only took him 1 minute to do. Those are the things that make one return with pleasure to any place; It's not about the light having changed, it's about the good service that this store provides and that makes anyone else who, like me, doesn't know anything about cars come back and recommend it. Thank you Marcos for your excellent service and gentlemen, go to this store with your eyes closed because I guarantee you excellent service.
