So grateful to Mariah for her help! I came in as the battery had died twice. She did the diagnostics that showed no issues. Looking closer, the screws on the battery were loose so she tightened them at no charge. Great friendly attitude.

I was interested store today, Jan19, around 1:00 to buy a few miscellaneous items. When I was checking out the many choice for tire shine products, the manager began reprimanding a female employee about a return she had processed for a customer. He, the manager, was rude and belligerent to the female employee as he scolded her in front of other employees and several customers, including me. I won't shop there again.

I came in for battery issues and Hector was so nice to help me out! I am unfortunately a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars and he explained why i needed a new battery and the prices yet was not pushy. Came back for a break light being out and he kindly helped again and helped me figure it out! THANK YOU!

I went to Advance Auto off Brodie for two light bulbs. They weren’t helpful or nice. I called Auto zone and Jacob was very friendly. He even gave me tips on how to replace the bulbs. Both gentlemen were very nice. Give Jacob a raise!! He’s super helpful and very nice.

Auto zone in general is a place I get most of my car parts but the south austin location don't know there ass from there elbow and sarcastic boot, have no plans in returning to that location
