I would like to give shout out to your new employee, Katrina, for being so helpful in assisting with my battery exchange. I am 80 years old and it was a struggle just getting the battery to your store. I asked her for assistance getting the battery into the store and she jumped at the chance to help me, and then helping me get the new one out to my car. Way to go young lady. Many thanks.

Anthony M, the store manager at this location is unequivocally the most knowledgeable and helpful parts man I’ve ever encountered. He provided great considerations for problem solving beyond any experience I’ve had at any parts store. His customer service was superlative as well! Such a great experience and I cannot recommend this specific AutoZone enough! Best experience ever!!

So very thankful for them! I didn’t catch the associates name but I went after 6 and the guy working the counter helped me find the bulb for headlight that was out and helped me replace it as well. So very thankful! Great people!

Walked in, only customer in store, and went to counter. Stood there for a minute or two. Venassa, who was stocking shelves called out to Steve to help the customer (me). I was 3 0r 4 feet from him and he completely ignored me for 2 or 3 minutes. Finally Venassa helped me and was polite and got me taken care of.

My husband went to Anthony today and helped him for over 45 minutes. Although they were not able to get the light fixed, Anthony tried everything he could to get to assist and anyone needing help should go to this location

I had an old oil filter that was stuck on, and I couldn't get it off to replace it. I called Anthony, and he said he could help. Sure enough, I got there, and he not only got the old filter off, but put the new one on, and cleaned everything up afterwards. This guy gets customer service! Keep up the great work, Anthony!!

My husband went to get parts for my car. The manager working the counter Venassa Perozo was great. My husband asked her questions and she knew right away what the answer was. She called several different stores to get all the parts we needed. She went above and beyond. Great store and great manager was very knowledgeable

Very grateful to have found this gem! I took my car in for a battery replacement last week and was helped right away. Anthony was very patient in answering all my questions and helping me understand which battery was best needed for my car. Uriel was very thorough and also patient when he changed the battery out as it was really set in there! He, Anthony, and Joel all worked hard to make sure everything was correct. I am so thankful they took such care in installing the new battery and would not hesitate to return to this location.

I've used this location for many years for various auto related needs, most often a battery or a random part. I have consistently had very positive experiences with the customer service. Most recently, I brought my sons car battery in thinking it was kaput. But, Hilario A. (sales / customer satisfaction) suggested that we put the battery on a quick charger for a couple of hours to see if it would come back to life. This was at 6:45 PM and they close at 9 PM, so I agreed that it was worth a shot as the replacement battery would be over $200. I came back right before close. Hilario tested the battery and it was at 82%! .. saving me the money on a new battery. And, the service was completely free. Home run. I won't go to any other auto store. This place is a gem.
