I went in today (Friday) around 4pm with several battery issues and Dillon went above and beyond in assisting me by answering my questions and helping me get my battery cleaned up and installed correctly. He even took time out of his busy schedule to assist in troubleshooting why my FJ wasn't wanting to start. He is truly an asset to your company and I will definitely be coming back to this location because of him and recommending him to all my family and friends! Thanks again, Dillon!

Aiden, DJ, and Jared were amazing!! I went in to buy a simple bracket for my battery, and all three of them looked at my car and put the piece in free of charge. They really care about their customers and ensure they get the job done safely!! Cannot say anything bad about this experience I had with them, and it all took less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much to them, I got home safe! I highly suggest this location and appreciate the kindness shown.

I needed a battery on a busy Saturday. Dillon, whom I believe is the manager, diagnosed, and installed, was kind, helpful, informative. He declined my tip and asked me to donate to a veterans charity. I am so blown away by the kindness and service, THANK YOU AUTO ZONE and please take great care of Dillon as a tremendously solid representation of your brand. Dillon the general manager was terrific yall should be proud to have him as a manager. My buddy walked in to see if the battery was still under warranty on my 2018 toyota corrolla and it was. Dillon was in and out just like that. He even changed it for me. From here on out I will not go anywhere else but this store. Thanks Dillon I really appreciate your help today you rock bud. We need more managers and customer service like this everywhere.

Wow… been using and prefer auto zone for my entire life… until today….. if you use auto zone. DO NOT use this store… horrible customer service and they would not swap a battery out after Kaitlyn sold me the wrong one and proceeded to explain how it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. She recommended I go next door to O Riley’s….( thanks for the recommendation… they gave great service)
Anyone that works and buys there parts from an auto part store understands the frustration when you have to swap or return a part…. Save yourself the headache and take your business next door or to another auto zone.
What a horrible customer experience.

Store manager replaced 2 batteries - one was really jacked up and took him a while to get it right, but he was diligent, professional and took care of me and got my rig running. Great job!

Super rude. Not helpful at all. I'm shocked both the guy and the girl were so bothered by me asking for help. Not my normal experience here but this will deter me from coming back anytime soon. Sorry I interrupted y'alls alone time!!

The manager is rude, I have a company account and I went to make a refund for some parts that were not compatible and he got angry because he had to give me the money in cash, I didn't ask for the cash and he gets angry for returning, terrible experience
