By far the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I was treated as though I had intentions to do nefarious things with no reason other than other have done less than honest things in the past. I was made to jump through un reasonable hoops in an effort to do anything. I had to jump through hoops to access my wife's car. She was never allowed to access it. The did not accept proof of insurance any other way than printed. It's 2024 they would not even accept an emailed copy. They made us jump through hoops to pay to get our car out. They wouldn't accept my wife's card though we have the same account. All of this occurred because someone hit her. We were mistreated because of an incident that was of no fault of our own.

If I could rate negative I would. They require an apt. And tow service has to be ready at apt or they refuse to service you. Made an apt two days in a row, both times apt was never met waited outside the gate for over 25 minutes past apt just for someone to come out to get out information. After that our truck was at this lot a total of two days/ in which they put two other wrecked vehicles in front of ours. We had waited over an hr for the wrecker company to move those two out of the way, they never got to it said they needed an hour. Our tow truck had to leave due to time, had another truck come in an hour, still no cars were moved, AAA waited for thirty minutes and still no cars were moved and they again had to leave. The wrecker company wanted to tell me they close at six- we had been here two afternoons theee tow trucks dispatched our truck from the yard already paid for in full with receipt. They refused to moved the vehicles for us, Rachel the office lady was telling us they are too busy to deal with us and we’d have to come back. We paid for our truck already and have been waiting hours. Extremely poor customer serviceWhat’s the point in requiring an apt if they make you wait. They made us wait over an hour just to have someone come to the back just to try and move the two vehicles in the way.Needless to say make your apt and make sure you have a full day to deal with them. They are completely unorganized and refused to answer questions when they know they are in the wrong. They tried holding our truck after we paid and had trucks here waiting to take it because they didn’t want to move those two vehiclesNever recommend

Terrible. Waited over 4hrs before cancelling. Was sent to them through my insurance. Don't take tow calls if you're as busy as you say you are. Deny them or let people know it could be HOURS.Eventually got my insurance to cancel the request and assign a new company.

Their driver was in a lane that was ending and he decided to just merge over, even though I was in the lane. This was his response when I honked to avoid him hitting me.

Mike was very helpful when he was dispatched via State Farm Roadside Assistance to pick up my car following a flat. He confirmed our drop off location prior to loading the car, and did a great job navigating the congested parking lot I was stuck in.

If I could, I wouldn't have even given 1 star. These people are very rude & unprofessional!!! My appt was at 9am, I called at 8:45 & was told 30 mins, the guy sounded like I woke him up from his hangover & sleep. An hr later, told another 20 mins & was hung up, ut not before him saying I gotta go, while his fam is in the background, meanwhile still sitting in my car with my toddler. No consideration for others. This place should NOT be up running or need mature adult professional people!!!

The employees name was Francisco and he applied timely professional response and assistance to my car that was stuck with a dead battery. He came and fixed the issue in a respectful and professional manner- highly recommend

Mike was fantastic. Kept me informed when he picked up the car from the lot ( car was stolen and ended up at the impound) and how long it would take him to arrive. His help was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend him to friends and anyone who uses this company!

My car battery died and I had to get it towed to a mechanic. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and professional, and made the process easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike with Aviles & gabes wrecker service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Saved the day! And put a smile on my face after the horrible experience of being broken down and stuck on the side of the road. Thanks Mike!

Surprised to see all the negative reviews here. I had a really good experience yesterday - Mike was in constant contact, friendly and got my car from a parking lot (where it had been stranded since the hail storm, almost three days ago) to my house efficiently. After waiting so long for insurance to kick into gear, it was nice to have this part of the process handled so quickly. Much appreciated.

Mike was amazing. Such a hard worker!!! We called at around 4pm and Mike kept us informed of his schedule and when he would arrive. To make sure we were taken care of he kept us on his schedule and picked up our vehicle at 9:30pm so we could be in line at the repair shop first thing in the morning. Even though he had worked all day he was pleasant and energetic. We will definitely refer him to friends.

Waiting 3 hours for tow. Call to check and was told it had been cancelled. I asked why? They didn’t have a truck that could tow my truck. A GMC 2500. Now I’ve to leave my truck and miss work. Poor phone service when calling. Passive aggressive with me.

Mike was very professional, he called me multiple times to give me updates on when he would be arriving and when he was close by. I ended up not needing a tow after all but he was still helpful and was able to get my car started and made sure I didn't need anything else before he left, he even gave me helpful tips I could use in the future.
