I picked up my rental car from the ABIA location after a long flight and was just glad to get in the car and head home. I then discovered how dirty it was on the inside!! Cracker crumbs, sticky surface and dirty footprints everywhere.The Slaughter location was closest to my house so I stopped by the next day.Marco was wonderful and completely turned around my dissatisfied first experience with Budget. He did not hesitate to clean the car spotless himself! And with a smile! Where do you even find this type of customer service. Next level, thank you Marco, it's really appreciated.

The experience was phenomenal, we rented a Jeep Compass no issues, drove smoothly. We did want to return it back, that’s how in love we were with the vehicle. Marco was very attentive and helpful, answered every question we asked. We will definitely be coming to him for our next rental. Me an my wife we a pickle when another car rental place dropped the ball. We found Budget / Avis down the road from us. An in 10/15 min had a vehicle ready for our vacation! The employee Marco was very friendly and helpful! He gave us a rundown on everything and what was included with our rental agreement! Thank you so much Marco for everything! He got us a Jeep Compass an from day one of our trip to the last day every thing was perfect! Again thank you for making our trip as smooth as possible! ! Thank you Again!

I'd have to agree with every other review of this place. Marco is awesome! We've rented twice from this location and Marco has been helpful, friendly and he makes the whole experience enjoyable. I just can't recommend this location enough.
