Mark was awesome! He’s the best customer service person we’ve ever had at a rental car company. Because of him we’ll continue to patron this exact Budget location. He deserves to have his management team know how professional, friendly, efficient and helpful that he is with customers.

Very pleased with this location. There were plenty of vehicles on hand to choose from even though it was on a Sunday. Friendly staff on hand and vehicle was thoroughly cleaned well. This will be my new go to location when in town.

Pamela at the 8820 Burnett Road location was awesome! We came to her after having frustrating interactions with airport Avis and phone customer service. Even though we had rented at the airport, she fixed their mistakes and made it right. So grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and strong ethics. Next time I visit Austin, it will 100% be worth Ubering to this location instead of dealing with the airport Avis counter!

Great service here by Pamela on a short notice rental. The process was smooth and fast, the car looked new, in perfect condition. I wish there was some more guidance for renters regarding EV charging, as it's not as straight forward as regular fuel and it was easy to find. Great service from the team here overall, I'll be returning for my future rental needs.
