This is one of my favorite AVIS locations. Joshua here is always professional and prompt, ensuring the cars are well-maintained and spotless. He’s also been a great help with several last-minute bookings. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.

They provided me a rental car with an almost empty tank, forcing me to fill up gas twice during my trip from Austin to Houston. The Avis Houston airport location directed me back to the Austin location from which I rented the car, yet contacting them via phone proved nearly impossible. The one-way rental ended up costing more than my flight after factoring in all the fees and two refills. I guess this is one way for them to skim unsuspecting customers.

Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband is immune compromised and Josh was nice enough to meet him outside to do the paperwork. We appreciate him taking this extra step to keep us safe. The rate was also much better than we found at other places.

Great Coustumer service from Joshua, very reasonable rates, I would recommend it 100% if I need to rent a car again, I would definitely will get back to Budget and to this location.
