I love how they received and people over there are very friendly and i like to take rental again and again. They are too friendly. The trust customers, we need to keep the trust like that. I recommend people to take car rental here.

I’ve been renting from this AVIS location for a while and have never had a single issue. Marion is always so helpful. He makes the process quick and easy every time, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.

Customer service horrible lack of knowledge and empowerment to help me who was very confused ..they took my money and the car wasn’t available they didn’t accept my credit card either and I have to wait 3-5 days for my moment when I was supposed to drive home tonight

I rented a car from them for exactly 5 months and worked as an Uber driver during that time.
I was very satisfied with their rental service — customer satisfaction is clearly very important to them.
The manager there, Marion, was especially attentive and helpful.
Whenever there was any issue with the car, he always did her best to assist.
I’m truly thankful to them, and if you’re planning to rent a car for Uber, I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve tried to rent here multiple times, and they never seem to have any cars available. Owner doesn’t seem to want to be in the car rental business.

Gentleman at the counter helped us out tremendously. We were on route to having a really messed up vacation weekend with the previous car rental company which left us stranded. The owner got us hooked up with a nice car explained everything for us and answered all our questions. Price was also good. He even gave us a couple local places to try for great food experience while were in town. Thanks again Marion😁

The service at this place has been a true nightmare. I was renting a car through Avis for Uber. I did get behind two payments due to my card being locked. I need the car and wanted to catch the payments up quickly. I was charged 1300 in one day and when I inquired as to why I was treated very rudely. I was asked to pay as if only 1 payment was made. It toke days for me to find out they did not put my weeks into the system correctly so the additional 950 was late fees and the extra weeks.
I was yelled at in front of a room full of customers by the older black gentleman to just bring the car back and how I have been late etc. I am new to Texas and I’m just trying to work. I was willing to figure out what happened yet was just meet with rudeness. Instead of admitting they made a mistake and how could we work together so I can keep the car I was texted repeatedly to bring the car back.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman or if I seem like an easy target to basically have my money taken and have no vehicle as well with no explanation other than check your bank statements.
I have already been told by Avis customer service it was in fact their mistake and I’m owed a refund. If they just would have handle my account correctly there would have been no issues and my payments would have continued fine. But I’m not paying more money when you keep telling me you never charged me 950 and you clearly did. It was the main Avis location and not them per se but you know you didn’t put my weeks in right so I guess that’s why they were so rude to me.
If you are looking for zero accountability and being met with hostility for asking questions then please go here. Thank god I found another car and will be returning this one ASAP. If this is the treatment people receive in Texas maybe I need to move. Lol
