It's easy and quick to rent a washer/dryer. The prices are affordable. The delivery is quick and professional. Fernando in customer service was very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance making a payment. Thanks so much guys!

Azuma has been amazing to work with since the beginning. I had a terrible experience with Appliance Warehouse and with Azuma it has been completely the opposite. Ruben came and installed my appliances. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. He did a great job explaining everything to me and was quick to install. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I will absolutely work with Azuma again. I also appreciate their quick and friendly customer service over the phone. Everyone has been great from beginning to end of this process.

Carl was amazing drop off and pick up was smooth and quick. My washer hookup is leaking and he attempted to fix it and took pictures and reported to my leasing office so they could assist.

Super reliable and easy to use machines! They have an amazing support team that was able to schedule and send someone out within 48 hours! My issue was resolved quickly and I was even given info on how to prevent the issue in the future.
