Google maps showed they were open, so I placed an order and got a confirmation email. Turns out they were actually closed so we left hungry after waiting 45 minutes. At least they refunded me.

Pick up was 15 minutes late as to what was quoted. Person working had an attitude when I asked about where the food was. Kept telling me 5 minutes. Slow service and unacceptable. If you are behind, you should communicate it honestly and forwardly.

Ordered the pizza rolls. They were good but for some reason they came in a order of 3. Absurd and bad procedure. Pizza rolls are a shareable item and who eats in 3’s? Charge more and offer four. Bad way to cut corners and try to improve margin.

Placed and paid for an order. Walked over 40 minutes later and was told power was out and they weren’t taking orders. Employee wasn’t able to cancel it so said he would have to contact his manager to get me a refund.

BAD BUSINESS - DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY DID MINE!I placed an online order and when I did it said there may be longer than expected wait times - fine. The web ordering app texted me a login code and I even received a 2nd text when I placed my order at 730 PM confirming my order. Then I never received any other correspondence from them. By 845 I go to the truck anyway and they were closed but still charged me!! The website said open until 9 PM on this day. I immediately called and left a message explaining the situation and asking for a call back and a refund. No response and it has been 5 days. I have called back numerous times during business hours and nobody picks up. At 1st the charge was pending so I was sure it wouldn't go through but it sure did! Don't let them scam you like they did me. Why would you close early when there are still outstanding orders?! Terrible business practice.

We were at Celis Brewery today and decided to give BackDraft Pizzeria a try - ? recommend! The food truck is super cute and it’s right next to Celia’s entrance inside the parking lot. They have a QR Code where you could just scan and order from your table at the brewery.Today we got the Mushroom to the Moon and it’s the best food truck pizza ? I’ve ever had!! It’s super delicious and it goes really well with Celis’ raspberry beer. Can’t wait to come back again! ?

Backdraft Pizzeria is one of the food options at Celis Brewery right now and what goes better with beer than pizza? They describe themselves as thin crust Italian, so not Neopolitan, which is what I'm used to. The crust they have is great - thin, crisp, got enough chew, airy all at the same time, which is a great base for your pizza. San marzano tomatoes are also great for the bright acidity. Udder-Ly Cheesy is the base model and I think it actually could use less cheese. It's so overwhelmingly cheesy that I can actually say there is such a thing as too much cheese on a pizza (shocker I know). But looking at some of the other pies my friends got, they showed more promise in balance, so might try this again. Ordering is purely by QR code, so don't be like us and stand around aimlessly in the cold thinking someone will take your order.

We shared the wedge salad which was huge. It was not the typical wedge salad that I love but it was good. We also shared the Backdraft pizza which was a little spicy. The pizza was good but didn't have a lot of toppings. I thought the crust was good as it was a little crispy.

$17 for a pizza that might feed 2 people. My kid and husband split one and were both still hungry after. I got the wings, which tasted good but were very small and didn't include veggies like the picture they have online. They were $16. So we spent a LOT for 2 items, it took forever to be ready, and we were all still hungry when we got home. It tasted good but the experience and value were pretty bad.

Service is friendly, food is good and value is there.Ordering process is tedious tho. Walk to trailer, find out you can only order from QR code, view ad promoting something, be confused while looking at it, search through a digital menu which requires a lot of tapping and scroll, add your food, hunt for credit card info, manual enter credit card info because the integration with your saved CC info is nonexistent, deselect the DEFAULT 20% TIP setting even tho you’ve LITERALLY had no human interaction at this point. Finally, review your bill and notice that it’s HIGHER than the cart amount when finished adding food, review your bill and see an AH tax service fee of a dollar, accept the fee because you’ve already wasted 10 minutes of your life. You have literally interacted with no one at this point. This is not peak convenience, this is the opposite of that. When I went to pickup my food I noticed another patron struggling in the same way I did. @owners of backdraft pizza, drop this provider like a hot potato, and give people the option of ordering at your window. I don’t mind if my pizza or pretzel cost a dollar or two more if it means I (we) don’t have to go through this process again.

Pros: - They had good crust that was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - You can tell they care about ingredients because they specifically use san Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozz. Cons: - The pizza looked good but entirely lacked flavor. I bet some salt in the sauce would have saved it. - We ordered a kale salad, and it wasn't until we went to pick up our order 25min later that they said they were out of that so we wouldn't be receiving it. They also said we'd be refunded, though I have yet to see any digital notice of that.
