I bought two patio chairs - the same brand as chairs I had bought twenty years ago for my house - Tropitone. They are excellent chairs and my conversation with sales confirmed they are as excellent as ever. Everything was handled with care and expertise beyond the call. All their merchandise is first rate as are their operations.

I want to give a shout out to Tristan in the service department at the Hwy 71 location. He came out twice to address a problem I was having with my recently purchased rolling umbrella. It seems my issue was unusual, but Tristan was detailed in his evaluation and ultimately corrected the defect. While warranty work requires patience and is never fun, Tristan's very friendly attitude and care to see it through made us happy. Thanks Tristan!

Needed new cushions for a patio set we bought a dozen years ago. Patio set is still available and ordering the new cushions was a breeze, they were even in stock and arrived a few days earlier than expected. Great store and great people.
