I ordered a Princess Cake from Bake Austin for my daughter’s 13th birthday and it was super beautiful and delicious. It was my first time trying a Princess Cake. It’s a traditional Swedish layer cake! ? Thank you for making our experience memorable! ?

This is a life changing experience for kids!! Chef Pascal empowers them to cook and bake in their own kitchen, and they have tons of fun doing it, and make food to feed their whole family. It's a godsend for busy parents and in this age when many kids are lacking practical life skills it really sets them up for success in the future. Seriously, it's the BEST!

Our kiddo LOVED taking the kids cooking classes at Bake Austin. She gained so much confidance that she's even made birthday cakes & treats for all her friends. Chef Pascal has been such an amazing mentor for her. Even though she's aged out of the kids classes she still asks Chef Pascal for cooking advice. Thank you Bake Austin!

Bake Austin has provided years of fun camps and baking activities for my three children. We’ve done in-person week-long themed camps with fun topics like mini muffins and wacky cakes and also have enjoyed the online cooking classes like pumpkin-bread making and Portuguese Dinner. The online classes are especially cool because the siblings can participate all together in the kitchen!

It is always a pleasure to take a class with Pascal and learn the tricks of the trade and the history behind the recipes.

Chef Pascal is great! My daughter loves her classes, and my wife and I took the Octoberfest Pretzel class last year and had a blast. Chef Pascal makes everything fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

The best summer school class EVER! Today was our first day of Baking 102 with Chef Pascal, and the kids can’t wait to go to bed so they can do it again tomorrow! They were (rightfully) so proud of their creation, the house smelled heavenly, the bars were delicious, and they brought me in to the kitchen when they were finished to share with me what an amazing job they’d done cleaning up.

Chef Pascal has been fantastic! Her virtual cooking classes have been inspiring and helped our son gain more confidence in his cooking. Can’t wait for summer camp!

It was really fascinating to see my daughter's confidence build after two weeks (spaced several weeks apart) of the online baking camp. Not only did she learn that she can handle the basics of baking with zero parental supervision, but she can also clean up after herself afterward. Who knew baking could be so empowering? Thanks, Chef Pascal!

I took an online class through Zoom to learn how to make fresh baguettes and loquat jelly. It was an adult class and I had my 17 year old son engaged as well, mostly because he wanted to impress his girlfriend. My son and I worked side by side on our own batches, watching and listening to chef Pascal as she walked us through the process. Bake Austin provided a way for my son and I to spend special time together during quarantine. Not only that, we learned a great deal and have become better cooks because of it. Since the class I purchased an oven thermometer and a scale. I leaned that my oven takes much more time than I thought to come up to temp! My younger son watched a recording of a brownie class from Bake Austin and made a batch of brownies. The next day he flipped through my cook book and made a 2nd batch of brownies. He's baked at least once per week since watching his first Bake Austin video. I think the video made him realize he could bake, and bake he has! During our strange quarantine period Bake Austin and Chef Pascal have been a bright spot in our lives. I'm incredibly grateful for their time and effort and I hope they receive enough paying customers to make it.
