If you make an appointment they are great and so are the few individuals assisting. Otherwise this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have gone to different locations multiple times for ATM service and they are not working. They will take money for deposits but withdrawal application is unavaiable. I have waited in the lobby for over a 1/2 hour in long lines with only one poor teller and have left out of frustration. BOA needs to spend a little of their capitol, hire more people and fix their ATM's. Stop lining your CEO's pockets and start investing in your customers.

Just like everyone said “ no one answered the phone “ when you walked in to get a help with account problems, they tell you “appointment only !” I only had a small question that needed to get resolved but the appointment takes forever to make and to get a fast check in..

I had a great experience here. Matthew was very helpful at the counter in helping me reset my BoA app password, and America Vargas was super patient and helpful as well in helping me set up a new credit card. Did not have to wait very long either!

The low reviews are harsh. I only had to wait 5min for my service to print out a cashier’s check. They were polite and helpful.

Mismanagement and unprofessionalism among the staff at this location caused me to lose money. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I received a voicemail from Ryan on 5/23/24 stating that my foreign currency order I placed at this bank was ready and needed to be picked up in the next few days. I proceeded to call the bank multiple times to tell them that I’d come the next day, but they never answered. When I showed up on 5/24, the teller said that they returned my foreign currency order the prior day (the same day they called me informing me I had a few more days to pick it up). This caused me to lose a significant amount of money. I can’t believe that a bank would allow this to happen and be so unprofessional.

Vanessa Garcia has been an absolute delight to work with during my numerous visits to the bank. She has consistently provided exceptional assistance with all my banking inquiries. Whenever I have the opportunity, I specifically request to work with her. Vanessa is incredibly friendly and her warm demeanor makes every visit to the bank feel effortless. Highly recommend!!

None of the ATMs worked. They did have two tellers inside. Unbelievable. Usually only one with a long line waiting.

They close at 4:00pm and they are closed on Saturday. So they are only open when most people are working. Sorry hours and poor customer service when you call them.
