I actually don't usually do yelp reviews, but since they completely set me back an hour here we go. I am a solutions consultant business owner for different contractors I went in there fairly early around 930am to transfer money from my business account to another business account. I did not have my business debit card but usually it doesn't matter if you have a valid form of Identification. So I let the teller TANNER know I have my id he then asks me how much I'm trying to transfer (between BofA accounts btw), I tell them how much.. then the teller MARIA goes to tell me I need another form of id for that type of money which I had never heard before but I then give him my personal account debit he says my accounts aren't linked and I then ask them both what I can do because I just gave them two different forms to validate who I am and they are still telling me they need another form of id but I gave them TWO different forms with my name on it NOT ONCE did I see anyone type on the computer to pull my account up. All they could tell me was to wait til the bank near my home opened, I felt a shift as soon as I told them how much money I needed to transfer which us why I feel this branch is racist and probably should fire Maria AND Tanner. I did end up going to the bank in Manor and the gentleman helped me with NO PROBLEM and just my ID. Just some advice for Maria don't argue with customers when they are telling you how to be a better customer representative but I would be mad too if a 25 year old had more money in the bank than me too. Peace and blessings.

Service. Great customer service people spoke they asked me was there anything else they can do for me? You can't beat that.

Please exercise caution when using this ATM. It ate my card and the customer assistance line told me to “contact [my] financial institution.” In other words, it’s my problem—not theirs—that my card was stolen by their ATM. If I could give this drive-thru ATM zero stars, I would.

Outstanding experience! I keep on arriving at the closing time and each time the staff is super friendly, positive and helpful (many thanks to Tanya, Itzel, Jeanette who did the extra mile with the excellent positive service each time depite the closing time already passed). The service is fast, accurate and no waiting line.

Be prepared to wait 45 minutes+ to do even a simple transaction at this bank. They will have 10 employees walking around, yet only one of them has a "cash drawer" meaning only one person can actually help the long line of customers.

So I haven’t been here lately but I went in here all the time from 2018-2021. And I was the best BoA I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed going in every week because everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. It’s a 5 star bank. In contrast the BoA on South Congress 78704 is the worst. It’s a one star. That’s the bank closest to me now and I avoid it at all costs by doing online banking. I had a poor experience there today and it made me think about how much better your location is.

AVOID THIS RANCH! The most terrible experience I have ever had at a BOA ranch. Especially their staff Luis Lopez Cuestas who has the poorest knowledge about their service, and the worst attitude to the customer. She didn’t even fix my problem and all she want is for you open a new credit card. I will never come back to this ranch ever again.

I can not wait to close my accounts with this bank. Absolutely horrible. When ever there are long lines, there is only one attendent, and the rest are eother talking or wandering around doing silly things like arraning the magazines. And thats the manager.... In a normal business, the lead, supervisor or manager would jump in to help with the long lines. But not this location. They have had multiple managers swing through this location for years.

This location used to be great many years back. But its been going downhill the last few years. The final straw was when the bank manager insisted i sign another document bcs she was lazy to scan the original signed agreement for my safe into her system. They ACTUALLY REFUSED TO GIVE ACCESS TO MY PAID SAFE until i signed the new document in the spot. Thats a new kind of huslting and blackmail even after the safe was paid for months ago. I removed everthing immediately afterwards. Closing all accounts i have had there for 22 years. Absolute crooks.
