Bank of America is a true scam. They don't care about people, they just want to deceive you and take your money. They have stolen lots of money from me in fees. Their services are run by highly incompetent staff. They also created multiple accounts within my account without my consent = even more monthly fees. These people are career scammers. I'm paying around $70/ month in card fees instead of increasing my funds by giving them my money. Appart from being the slowest app in my phone, it's also confusing. Lacks good UIUX + transparency. Good thing is I'm ditching legacy banks for modern digital ones like Mercury.

Increasingly impersonal, short hours, no drive through except to cover the employee’s parked cars, customer service is poor. We are just a number to them. We are moving to Frost Bank. They want us and tell us that in person. Very different.

Every time I come to this bank, it’s very un organized or understaffed or it appears it is. There are several employees at the bank, but only one teller is usually working. It took over an hour and 20 minutes to get change and my experience at this bank. Is ALWAYS a long wait. Their drive-through is closed and has been for over a year. I do commercial business here and I have asked the teller before if their commercial lane was open, he told me yes, and that was just a week ago. While waiting in the drive-through of the commercial lane for over 25 minutes, assuming they were just busy inside I finally went in. Where he informed me (the same teller) oh the commercial lane is closed. And they take care of everyone inside first. I pressed the call button while In drive through while waiting for 25 minutes in that lane, somebody could have at least told me that they were closed in that lane to come on in as a courtesy, I wasn’t even acknowledged. There is another Bank of America just 11 minutes away and worth the drive. I don’t recommend doing business here unless you have a ton of time to waste.

You should hire staff that actually likes working here. So disappointing.

John is the best staff I have ever met in banking. Tried to send a contractor money while I ran out my check. John gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each method. He introduced a bit but did not push me to buy any products/investment.

I do not appreciate standing at the front door waiting for the bank manager to service while she waits on everyone that comes in the door behind me. So rude and I feel racially profiled because I’m the only African American in this location for services.

I have been to this branch several times in the last month and more times in recent months for various purposes. Each visit with staff was an excellent experience. Eva, Noelle, and Bradley have all been excellent. They know me on sight when I arrive and are friendly and helpful with my different needs. My only odd experience was really a customer's misunderstanding. As people lined up waiting for the bank to open, the person at the front of the line didn't try the door again after 10 AM. Eva came by and assured everyone they were open and to come on in. She mentioned the front door is on a timer and automatically unlocks when it's time to open. The customer at the front of the line was waiting for someone inside the bank to use a key or thumb-latch to unlock the door.

Not very friendly. Front door hours posted inaccurate and have been so for a year but they don’t seem to care.

Absolutely appalling management. My associate (Bridget) was helpful and polite, but even she was having trouble getting answers from the various departments she was trying to contact. But after dealing with the manager, you could not PAY me to walk into this branch again. I've had bank headaches before, but after 41 years with BofA, this one person was enough for me to say "enough." Recommendation: Any. Other. Branch.

Line out the door. Only one teller but they claim to be fully staffed. Drive thru hasn't been open for at least a year. ATM across the street has been removed. They really need to hire people but refuse to. Claim they can't afford it. Then brag about record profits to shareholders.

The worst banking I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, this matches my experience at other locations. Will never use BOA again. Ever. People don't want to help you do what you need to do. It takes weeks to do what takes minutes at other banks.Run to literally any other bank and you will be better off.

DON'T TRY TO CALL THEM, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU NEED AN AP[POINTMENT TO HAVE A BANKER HDELP YOU BUT, AS TYHEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE, YOU HAVBE TO GO IN, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, THEN GO HOME, AND THEN GO BACK WHEN IT'S YOUR TIME TO BE HELPED. DOIN'T MAIL THEM A DEPOSIT, BECAUSE ALTHOUGHH THEY HAVE A MAILBOX, OUTSIDE, IN A NEARBY LOCATION, TYHEY NEVER CHECK IT. NO STARS FROM ME. IF YOU WANT TO GO IN AND HAVE THE TELLERS HELP YOU THE SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY QUIT COUNTING YOUR COINS. PROFIT IS ALL THE BANK OF AMERICA CARES ABOUT.

How is a person that is still working during the corona virus supposed to take care of the things they need to take care of when the bank has very unreasonable hours. Also my mom passed away and the bank is emailing me and calling me to bring in a death certificate just after my mom passed. I am done with Bank of America worst company so glad I sold all my stock in this terrible company.
