Horrible service. Only one teller working and is very slow; been here waiting for help for over 20 mins. No drive thru open either. Other bankers in offices don’t even bother to help.poor poor service!

I have been a Bank of America customer for 22 years and i have never felt more poorly treated than by the staff at this branch. Make sure if you are a minority to dress up, otherwise they will treat you like trash. Awful

I'm only giving One star because I have to! This bank never has more than 1 teller working! It's so annoying! I don't bank here but periodically have to make deposits for my job and I dread each visit!

Location had one banker in the building. Both ATMs were out of service. There was a line of probably 15 people waiting to be helped. Will not be back at this branch. This is why Wells Fargo has such a reputable business.

I had a great experience at this location. I needed to stop in for a quick withdrawal and the lady at the counter was really nice. She saw that I had recently moved to Austin and we chatted for a few minutes. She was very helpful when my card didn't swipe properly. The other lady at the welcome desk was also kind.

This location is terrible. Useless workers who are too lazy to do their jobs. Including the Mexican or white lady with glasses and the Indian lady with the attitude. The wait times are long to handle a transaction with the teller and the workers are pathetic and unprofessional. I think it's time to change banks soon.

Came with my mom(she doesn't speak English) to learn about the terms and how the miles system works. Was told that we already have the terms sent to my moms email.

I've been a customer of Bank of America for years which means nothing I see. I went into the bank to get my I9 filled out. I asked for a public notary and they aren't available. I was dismissed so quickly by a customer service representative that told me they don't fill out I9's and suggested I go to Texas Public notary. So rude.

Worst customer service I've had. My card was turned off and a new one sent out without my knowledge. I was told yesterday to go to a location and get a temporary card. I went today right when they opened at 9. There was one person already being helped, the manager at the front, and the person handing transactions. When I tried to get a new card the manager said the person was busy I would have to try again later. When I told her I didn't have time she said she couldn't help me and to try a new location. When I asked if she could call the location first before I drive all around she said she could not. First off, I don't know what manager can't do the job of a normal employee and give a temporary card out, when I called the company later they said she could have and should have. I could understand if it was my fault but my card was turned off without even an alert. I have bills to pay and kids to feed that I need my card for. The manager here is lazy and it's a bad location.

Every time I stop here, the wait time for service is horribly too long!! The ATM machine had message saying "Deposits are unavailable at this time - so I had to drive around and get in line for the drive thru teller. I waited after 4 cars went thru the drive-thru teller line. When I finally got up to the window, I was told by the teller "we have five people ahead of you inside." I told her send back the carrier with my check deposit. I already wasted 15 minutes and I don't have another 20 minutes to wait!! Here's the topper: there's a sign on the drive thru teller that reads "Starting June 4 this location will no longer have drive thru teller service." Always understaffed! Unbelieveable! I opened my account with BofA because of its many locations and convenience. This location is closest to my residence but its slow service time, I am forced to drive to a different location for better service.

I absolutely despise having to go inside to do business at this location. Not only are the lines long due to lack of teller's but the other managers and employees apparently are not allowed to help, or too lazy. The ATMs are all broken. I plan on closing my account soon after being a customer since high school

Since I was always running banking errands here for my boss, it just made sense to open up an account, and at the time, they offered eChecking -- no fees as long as you get paperless statements and use self-service options like mobile deposit and ATMs instead of going through a teller. Of course, I used the teller when I needed to and just dealt with the monthly fee that incurred, primarily because it was just so convenient to bank where I was already stopping in all the time. The first sign that this was not the right choice was the long lines and lack of tellers. It's not like this is an inordinately busy branch; they just never have enough people working at a time. Too often there was one person running the drive-thru and one at counter -- and everyone else was in an office or standing in the lobby doing something else. Next was their closing time of 4PM. While I realize direct deposit and mobile banking are used more and more, it just makes no sense that BoA would be closed when everyone's just getting off work and finally able to run some personal errands. But the final straw is what they've done to my previously no-fee checking. It seems that eChecking was an experiment that failed, so they did away with that account option. My checking account then became one for which the only way to avoid a fee was to have an automatic transfer of at least $25 to savings every month. Now it seems that has failed, too, and BoA is still just as desperate for an excuse to charge fees. So I either have to have direct deposit (nope, that's already set up to go to my other bank that's TRULY free checking), or I have to have a $1500 balance. Bank of America isn't a terrible bank, but there are so many better options out there. With their early closing times, disinterested and unfriendly tellers, lack of staff any time it's busy, and frequent changing of the rules so they can get more fees, it's just not worth it. I still have accounts at different bank, so I'm just moving my business over there.
