This is the worst branch ever. They are not helpful. Website indicates drive thru is open. If you go there.. they just let you sit there. When you "ring" the bell, they say "oh, that isn't working, the drive -thru is closed". Maybe you can put a sign in the window or block the drive thru. I wish we weren't stuck with BOA. I gave them one star, because no star is not an option.

Hello Josh I was just in there today to get cash for my change. I had a - $5.90 balance left over on my electronic rent statement. I needed a few dollars in coins, turned into bills, to pay my rent balance today online. (pay day is the 8th after changing jobs today is the third.) You refused my bag of change or to help me turn my coins into cash. Not one customer was in the branch but myself and 5 bankers you included, regardless how slow it was you still refused to help me explaining I would have to roll my own change and fill each coin wrapper to the top if I wanted your help. Even after offering to roll the change myself you encouraged me there is only one teller today and you really don't have time for that. A small bag of change and you refused to help me turn into cash? After trying the coin star machine at Randalls that was broken, I then went to my bank for help.If my bank refuses to help me with something as small as getting $6.00 dollar bills from my change I really don't know why I keep your services around and do not change banks. I told you I never heard of a bank that refuses service or refuses to take money. You assured me, despite my offer to even roll my own change, you were somehow in the right to deny me service or help. Meanwhile not one customer in the store but myself. Are you really too fancy to count change? The bank was so empty I thought they were closed 11:00am Saturday. Refusing to help me was sheer laziness or beneath you to count some change. You easily could have helped.Please note your branch has 2.5 stars out of 5 because of lazy rude or unhelpful services. Please re-read the problems people are having with this branch so your customers get proper help and solutions when they have chose to bank with you.I needed the smallest amount of help today and was not given the proper attention or help with sticking $6.00 in change into my account.... to pay my rent!!

Not the closest branch to my place but it was open on Monday due to reduced hours. I did manage to book an appointment but apparently it was triple booked..... How?????????????????? Thats not how booking system works. It took minutes until I got someone to tell I've an appointment scheduled. They already put someone in my slot and asked me to wait 25-30 minutes although I was there 5 minutes before my appointment.Awful customer service and please, get your act together.

This location was super helpful. Currently an appointment is needed to meet with a banker. All of the locations nearer to me were booked, so I came to this one. I am glad I did. They were so kind and helpful.

Better now that they have a new manager Carlos. I can't remember the ladies name that was there prior but the service was terrible and morale was awful.

Waited 30 mins for them to open for them to tell me I cant cash my checc on a sole prop business account. Every bank cashed them including bank of america banks yet for some reason this is the only bank that doesnt.

The lady manager in this branch is worthless! Don’t waste your time if you need any kind of assistance.
