I can’t believe they charge non-customers a fee to cash checks, in branch, issued from their own customers! I bank with another company. I specifically went to the issuing bank so I didn’t have to chance a hold on the funds at my bank and to get cash in hand. It’s been years since a I’ve had to do this and expected to get my $1,000 check cashed for $1,000. They charged me $8 to make good on their customer’s payment to me. I’m all about companies making a profit where it makes sense. This is not a check cashing store whose income is reliant on charging fees to cash checks. This is a bank that issues the check that is responsible to make good on the full amount of their customer’s debt when anyone walks in to perform that transaction. Reminds me of the days you used to get charged to speak to a teller at your own bank. They’ll try anything to squeeze every penny, no matter how ridiculous the justification. Just another reason I would never bank at Bank of America. Bank of Rip Off Americans is a more fitting name.

Terrible service ???? to make a cashier check more than 40 min and only 2 people in front of me the cashiers super bad attitude ?? and more Hispanics there are d customers of course who complains the least

Awful service, lazy staff, no one even spoke english.Had to get something notarized for court, some rude worker, who spoke very broken english told me she was too busy to do, then walked off to play on her phone.Do not recommend….

I am posting this review because they are providing terrible service every day, they have eliminated most of their staff and closed several locations. Therefore, the remaining banks are crowded with people. Every day they automate the service more and how complicated it is to make deposits at the ATM is a lot of work. This morning I stood in line exclusively for business and the cashier did not respect it. He sent me to form the regular line. So why do they have a line for business??? Let them remove it and thus we avoid any setbacks.

When I arrived to this location on Sep 30th around 1pm I was attended by the lady in the kiosk, I wanted to request a credit card so she told me to seat down and wait, by 2:30 the bank was almost empty so I asked to other lady when will they attended me, the answer was “she didn’t tell anything to nobody about your request”. Very disappointed about this bank. I waste more than 1.5 hrs and didn’t get any solution to my request. Cero stars.

Zory Correa at the Bank of America in north Austin in the tech ridge shopping area had me email sensitive corporate documents like the articles of Incorporation and EIN To her email listed on her business card instead of getting a business Banker and having it send to an encrypted inbox for businesses. She never asked my name or for my ID. My name is Charles Henderson and I'm the CEO of HEMDFAM INC est 1999. She disappeared to the bank for a good 7 minutes or so. She even said the check I had was good and I could go cash it at Wells Fargo. Made no phone call or anything to verify it. It is a bank of America account. I know that much.

They don’t answer the phone at all. I have called this location during business hours 6 times on 6 different days, and no one has ever answered the phone. It is super inconvenient to have to go up to the office if you just have a question. It is clear that they just avoid the phones or are just too busy to answer. Either way, the staff is not helpful - bad client support.

Only one teller working during lunch time, line was almost out the door and employees showed no care or hurry in anything they did.

Serious?! We come here to ask for changing some currency, the lady told us “My team is not trained for this service”. And then we ask if we can change our PIN, she said, “For the moment we have other customers scheduled appointments, maybe you can do it at another bank.” The bank is empty, no one else except a couple sitting there.They are too busy for doing nothing.

Iris who works at the counter was very rude to me. She took out money from my check without asking me how I would like to pay for my check. When I asked her why she did that and offered to use cash, she rolled her eyes at me and just handed me my money. It was a very cold and unkind interaction.
