Absolutely disgraceful experience.
Banners on the Cheap canceled my original order without explanation, then told me to place a new order at a higher price just to meet my original delivery date. I ended up paying over $60 more for the same banner — and when I contacted customer service, the representative was nasty and dismissive.
To make it worse, this banner was for a Veterans event. You’d think a company would show some integrity or compassion, but instead they doubled down and refused to issue a refund.
Shame on them for exploiting customers and treating people this way — especially for something honoring our Veterans. I’ll never order from this company again, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.

I recently ordered two banners and I’m very disappointed with the result. The logo on both banners is pixelated, which makes them look unprofessional and not a good representation of my business. No one informed me of this issue before printing, and I would have expected someone to reach out and let me know so it could be fixed. As they are now, the banners are unusable. I was ready to send back the unusable ones. So disappointed they would not even redo. Needed them urgently for a health fair. Super disappointed! Oh by the way a 200.00 plus order and they refunded me 90 bucks!

Their name is accurate - vinyl banners for a very affordable price. The quality of their work and their customer service are also good.

I am getting ready to place my 3rd order with them and the banners held up very well in our Michigan winter. The flag also did well in our wind and did not fade in color. I had the color orange on the flag. I am going to order two more banners for my business.

I have used Banners and signs on the cheap—they are far less expensive than competitors and nearby places, and the quality is just as great. I had one hiccup a couple of years ago (my fault), and THEY fixed it. Shipping is fast, production time is fast, and I've never had anything 'missing' or bad service. Thanks!

Ordered my first stand up banner earlier this year and was well pleased with the quality and arrival of shipment. Just ordered my tabletop banner and excited for it's arrival. Thanks for an easy navigation and process in placing my order.

3 weeks and never received all of my order. Instead of overnighting me the missing items, they just refunded what was missing, without refunding shipping. Customer service took 5 days to respond. Now I have to find somewhere else to get these ASAP

In the past, I used this company to print banners for political events. However, the last time I ordered the 'ART" department delayed my order so long that it wouldn't arrive in time! I recently tried them again, but the 'ART' department again interfered with the printing process, further delaying the printing. Their statement that the image was too small to be magnified is based on a assumption that the banner would be viewed from 15 inches. No, the banner is viewed from 15 feet. Never again!

I have used this company in the past and never had any issues, the website is very user friendly.
Today I had some problems regarding my image and called to speak to a representative. Carlos patiently guided me through to get the image quality I was looking for.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Sent the wrong banner - asked for a reprint. Was promised twice that a replacement would be sent. Missed both “promised” deadlines for a replacement. They are cheap but you don’t get what you paid for - because they will forget about you.

Do not use this company. They made a mistake which they admitted. They would not correct the mistake and waited days to let me know I had to reorder, but would not get to me in time. Please use a different company, not helpful at all for something that was there fault.

I chose Banners on the Cheap because the original back panel display I had chosen on another site could not be received in the short amount of time I had before a show. So I was happy to find this site that said they could meet my show date. The process of design and ordering was fairly easy and went smoothly. I thought the price was good, but no idea what the quality would be. I had ordered 2 - 8' x 10' banners. Unfortunately they arrived after the show was over. Days after promised. When I tracked the shipment, UPS showed it was delivered to a residence in a town 30 miles away, not the business in the town specified. No name or address was given. The company did nothing to help track down the banners or provide me with the shipping label information so I might know if the package was properly labeled. UPS could not be reached by phone whatsoever. Eventually the people who mistakenly received the shipment must have contacted UPS and the order was eventually received. This is not entirely B on the C's fault but they did nothing to help track down the shipment. By not providing shipping label info I had no idea of they mislabeled the shipment, or if UPS just put it with a delivery to this other random person. I had no idea if the package was insured or where that was going to lead. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars for an overnight local rush job. In the end, pursuing a replacement or refund was unnecessary. Since I am not in the same locale as where the shipment was sent, I haven't had any opportunity to see what the banners look like, so I couldn't comment on them. I would like to comment on the pole structure system, however. It is a heavy metal, powder coated to a nice dark bronze color. Very sturdy and nice looking. However, one set didn't have any directions and was missing the right size allen wrench needed. The other set had the proper allen wrench, but the directions were tucked in a pocket we didn't find for awhile. These are not intuitive to put together. My friend and I were stymied until the men delivered the rush order of banners and stepped in and put both pole systems together for us. The banners can be installed while the poles are standing upright if you don't raise them to the 8' height. I was told that the banner size was exactly 10' w x 8' high, but the way they install on the poles, it makes it wider than 10'. So we had to form a V at the center of the booth and extend the sides out about 5' towards the front of the booth on each side. All in all, it was a nice looking display but it does not make a straight back wall. It's too wide. Tearing down was not difficult but tedious removing very long screws. The system I had wanted contained light weight aluminum poles that lay out on the floor and go together in minutes with no tools, then the graphics slip on like a pillow case and zip in place. All takes about 30 minutes start to finish. I may find a use for this original system but it is heavy and cumbersome and not the portable unit I had planned for. I do understand the company is not responsible for the mistake of UPS, but they did nothing to help. Had I had a name or even an address of the delivery, I could have picked it up in time. So in the end, I feel like Banners on the Cheap failed me.

I place a banner order with them, they send me an email saying that i need to proof the image because the resolution was not good enough, I sent them another picture, and they told me the banner was going to be delivered on April 2nd. On March 25 they send me an email saying it was late, I called and told them I need it by April 5th because my wife need it for Display at her tent on a Market. It arrived yesterday April 8, late and the quality was real bad, they blow it too much and the image was to close to he border and they sew on top of it, color was faded, not like the image I sent. Will not order from them anymore.
