In this business there is very bad customer service - DO NOT BUY there, the man at the checkout is rude and does not give a bag, if you buy clothes you must carry them in your hands; What a bad image they leave of such a friendly and beautiful city, a negative point for their poor attention.

I just purchased some snacks and the young lady at the register was rude, did jot acknowledge my greetings and ripped up my receipt before asking me if i wanted it. They need to hire people who are respectful to the customers. Please pick another company for your snacks.

The rudest person I met in my life works there her name is ELLE. I purchased a wood cutting board for $39.99 and some other things and when I asked for a bag she said they didn’t have any. There were bags behind her and she said that was for big items like a shirt. My item was bigger than a tshirt folded up. She then told me I cud put it in my purse when I told her I’m a paying customer and would like a bag this B the. Canceled my purchase. I was about to go off when the other employee came and rang me up and gave me a bag. I will never purchase anything from them. I didn’t want the items but just to get the bag was enough for me.

This is the worst airport so Ï ever been in. The clerk "Angel" is extremely rude. He seems to think that insulting customers is OK. Be smart and walk down the concourse to another vendor that actually respects your business.

At Austin international airport between gates 14 and 15. Big fancy coffee, making machine behind the counter, and all they had was premade coffee. It was so weak. I could hardly taste it, wasted money.

This is a small convenient store while waiting at the airport. There are the usual magazines, snacks and personal products. Had to dig out some change after forgetting to buy a sample size toothpaste.

Rude and wouldn't take the airport meal voucher even after I explained it works like a debit/credit card. The cashier made fun of my misunderstanding what flavors the muffins were. I am hard of hearing and simply misheard. Not only is that incredibly rude, but the store is not inclusive at all. Things should be labeled to reduce these issues.

The open air cooler is very sketchy, as there are no retails on the items. However, they seem overwhelmed. It may be a staffing issue more than an honesty issue.

I would appreciate if management would put water prices on the coolers so customers can select the best deal for their need. I could not tell if the premium water was $1-5 more than the basic. And $3.29 for the cheapest water? Does this airport not require their shops to offer an $2 water? Get with the times!!

Was left wanting for more magnet selection, most of them were pretty crappy. As for the rest of the items in the store, it was all pretty standard t-shirts with an Austin theme. What did I learn today? Was hoping for an Austin City Limits magnet, but that wasn't an option there either.

I was in a rush to get to the airport and forgot to mail my father's birthday and Father's Day card. Josh was very courteous and kind to offer to mail my cards for me.
