This is really the only B&BW I shop at because it's the closest to my house. I've been coming here for years! They have a great selection and the store always looks neat. I'm really glad they've started offering rewards now, and the monthly coupons have always been great. My only issue is that sometimes the associates can be a bit overbearing. I don't mind being greeted, but being constantly asked if I need help can get exhausting. If I say no once, that should be it. Most recently, one of the associates placed a fragrance strip in front of my nose, trying to get me to smell a new fragrance. I didn't ask her to do that, that was a bit much... I realize it's probably how they're trained but I like to be left alone and smell my way through the store by myself. :)

Sad to say that I would choose to go to any other BBW store when I live less than a 5 min walk to this one. Every time I have shopped here it’s been a negative experience.

Today @ exactly 8:49pm (before closing time 9pm) I tried walking in to quickly grab some soaps. I already knew what I was going to get. And was met by the store manager brandy. She had already turned someone else away it seemed like, but I continued to walk up to the door where she told me I couldn’t go in. I asked her why and she told me because they want everyone out of the store by 9. I said but I already know what I want and I have 12 minutes. I’ll be quick. She said that’s not how they operate that store, that I was too late and couldn’t come in. Not only was she telling me that I couldn’t come in, when I asked her her higher up number, she started to get completely rude and told me to call back on Monday and get the number if she could find out. Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service! Especially by a store manager. I really hope they fix this, being such a premier store! I even took a pic of her at the door time stamped Incase she would try to lie about her not telling me this.I would love to speak to a higher up, general manager, or regional manager, just not ok to talk to customers the way she did and lie about closing time.

Well maintenance & clean restaurant. We ordered the phi chicken pho and fried rice .. We liked it and I recommend if you like pho! Everything was just great!!!!
