Great service, highly recommend this location. The guys were great. I had a horrible experience at the 620 location but these guys restored my faith in batteries plus. Friendly, professional and didn't try to rip me off like the "manager" at the 620 location.

I had a battery that failed, and the staff helped charge and test it to qualify for the warranty. I’ve gone to this location for many years. The staff is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This has been consistent across many different staff members.

Unfreindly staff member with bad attitude. He charged me $19.47 for a couple of batteries that I later found in Amazon for $2.44

Probably the worst store there is. They don't want to honor warranties they don't know corporate policies. I have had two warranty issues they failed to rectify and I had to go to corporate office and they took care of it quickly.

I am in disbelief honestly at the encounter i had with an employee today. I had ordered a key FOB, due in yesterday, but i went today due to Solar Eclipse. I arrived at 6, having been told it would take 45 min to program the key FOB to my car and store closes at 7. Before knowing whether the part was actually there, it wasnt yet, this employee copped an attitude that they close at 7. I agreed that I was told it was a 45 min job, he said possibly an hour, which would have been by closing time at 7. I said ok great that is by 7, closing time. He starts arguing with me that he "doesn't tell me how to do my job"... something like that and suggesting I leave. I did as the part was not yet avaiable anyways.... The parking lot was empty. Should the part I needed was there, there was zero attempt at customer service to help me out. I am beyond words as to how this occured, such a stressful and uncomfortable angst.
I have been there a couple times recently and my experience was much better. Today, my experience with this angered and lazy employee with zero customer service skills, was very disheartening and disappointing. I do not comprehend how this could happen in the days of reviews.
My advice, skip this location.

Jason at Batteries Plus gave me OUTSTANDING service this morning while helping another employee take care of customers. I DID NOT buy anything, and there was never any pressure to make a purchase.....this guy was just concerned with SERVICE!!I was again impressed with BP and especially with Jason. Great representative and class act.Thanks,

As someone who dabbles in electrical engineering and industrial batteries for a living, I must say TJ and his team are top notch… a trifecta of knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Truly radiating positivity, pun intended! Their X2 AGM automotive batteries (made by EnerSys and also sold under NorthStar and Odyssey names) can’t be beat.

Needed a no-hastle, uncomplicated battery change for my MacBook. They were able to take me as a walk-in, they had the correct battery (but would have been able to order it if they hadn't) and told me to come back in an hour. MacBook is working well; nothing lost after backing it up before handing it over to them for the battery change. Very grateful for the team at this location!
