Had a car battery issue this week, after help from AAA I found myself at BatteriesPlus. My Subaru battery was very low and suggested it be charged at batteries plus for a few hours. For reference, my car is a 2020 very low miles 4 year old car. Kirk was very kind and explained my options when I arrived. He didn’t think it was cause to buy a new battery just charge so I was happy to leave my car there and come back when it was ready. I had casually mentioned to Kirk that my car battery had died 2 other random times in the course of 4 years since I bought it but has never had issues since. Was also just at Subaru a few weeks prior for a full service with no issues.Fast forward to my battery fully charged and ready to go back in my car. Thankfully Kirk had that foresight to test the charge on 1 other machine before installing it back in my car. He remembered the battery issues I told him earlier in the day and thought it was best to just rule out a bad battery.As it turns out the full charge didn’t last when it was hooked up showing it was in fact time to replace. A bummer for sure, but I was so thankful he took the extra step to confirm before sending me back out on the road.So thanks Kirk! You saved me a trip to the dealership and were super kind and helpful.If ya need a battery or don’t think you do and just need a charge ? batteriesplus on Brodie ??

I was having an issue with a battery I had previously purchased at a different Batteries Plus that was still under warranty, Kirk tested the battery and was able to confirm that the battery would need replacing under warranty. They did not have the specific battery that I needed on hand but Kirk offered to order the battery for me and even contacted several other locations for me when I explained that I needed the battery sooner rather than later.Kirk’s customer service and professionalism were unmatched. He did everything he could to find a resolution for me. Thanks again!

Called to get my Prius battery replaced. The details of the service were explained very clearly and patiently to me over the phone. I wasn’t able to go until 3 hours later and they saved the battery for me and installed it immediately after I had arrived. Had the tools and battery all ready! Great service. Thanks!

My company has had a long term affiliation with Batteries Plus, and has always received great service, and good pricing on various types of batteries. Recently, I called Curt inquiring about a specific type of battery. He could not have been any more helpful both on the phone, and then in person at their location itself. I really appreciate the stellar customer service I received from him. I highly recommend this location.

I had my iPhone 8 Plus battery replaced. The replacement, unfortunately, failed quickly. They didn't have another replacement in stock. The salesmen went to another B+ and got a replacement and fixed it. Exceptionally good customer service!Will shop there again.

I purchased a new fob battery from these guys, did not think to keep the receipt. I did not drive the car the next day and then my wife drove it the following day. She texted me and said the low battery fob warning message kept coming on so she drove over to the same place and purchased another battery for the fob, without me knowing, and without her knowing that I already purchased a fob for the battery for the fob a couple days before. Today I brought back her receipt and showed them the original charge for when I purchased it from my bank, and they didn’t seem to grasp what I was saying, and that they sold me the first battery that was obviously faulty. Since I did not have my original receipt, they said they could not give me a refund even though I had the second receipt. This is not a lot of money, but it’s just their quickness toApply lousy customer service which is “we can’t do anything for you”, that is frustrating. Service means you go above and beyond policy to figure out how to help a customer, especially when you sold them a defective product in the first place. Beware of faulty fob batteries here.

Terrible customer service! Brought a garage fob and a car fob in for new batteries. I was the only customer in the store. Clerk said no problem we've got the batteries. Three other customers came in the store and he proceeded to take care of each one of them ringing up purchases looking up items for them on the computer giving them information etc. while I just stood there! I left the store.Very unprofessional!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a new key transmitter for my truck almost two weeks ago. After five calls back to the store, I can't get a clear answer if they have the key in or not. Moving on.

After managing to never break a cell phone screen for the 12 years I've had an iPhone, a kid dropped my phone face down on the tile floor and it cracked. I took my phone in during my appointment time and had it repaired. Two weeks later it crack again after a light drop. I take it back and pay $120 to repair it AGAIN. Two days later the phone falls off the coffee table onto my rug and lands on the back (not the screen) and the screen shatters! I called to ask if they stand behind their product and will repair for free because what are the odds the screen breaks so often and so easily. The manager seemed unwilling to work with me. I would highly discourage anyone from phone repairs here. I have a feeling they use very low quality replacement products for a high price tag.
