The staff is friendly and efficient and James Bryson is great as my PT. He prints out the exercises for me to take home and do. I love when he massages my back when it feels painful. He still makes me do the exercises, though!

It’s slow going but i think it’s due to my age and where i started from. James gives a lot of support both verbal and in instructions/demonstrations.
