Ford Fleck a banker at this branch went out of his way today to make my visit to the bank a highlight to my day. I’ve been banking with BB&T for 11 years and this was my best experience to date.

If they ask you for your driver's license don't forget to ask for it back. I needed it for something then realized they kept it at the bank and didn't have the decentcy to let me know they had it. Grr because I have so much time to be going in circles.

The service I've gotten here has been phenomenal. I had an auto loan at a very low rate with BBT, and when it was time to sell my vehicle, Ford and Alex went above and beyond in answering my questions, taking care of the details of the transaction, and helping me put my mind at ease. I can't recommend them enough. Phenomenal customer service.

Just opened an account with BB&T online and went to the branch for the first time to make a deposit. Parking was easy and Scott was a super friendly teller. He was able to pull up my account without me having my debit card, and a few minutes later I was walking out the door having made my deposit. No line, either. Doesn't get much better than that.

Super Poor service! 2.5 stars is generous for this bank. Tried closing my account because I was moving to another bank. BBT was not helpful at all. They wouldn't even freeze my account so no future transactions would occur. I went on line to shut my card off to prevent future transactions and they continued to process charges so my account overdrafted. Then continue to tack on addition nal charges. I called to find out why the on line card freeze did not work and they said t needed to call as well it was in the fine print when I signed up. Still waiting for a manager to call me.

Literally the best branch ever. Never in my life have I actually liked going to the bank and having to deal with whatever headache comes with that visit. This bank, and this branch in particular has made me feel like I've been wrong about banks all this time. Every single employee there knows me (by name) and I'm warmly greeted every time I walk in. I'm no millionaire making large deposits or anything even close to that, I'm constantly putting in $20 taking out $20 really just a small fish here, yet they make me feel like I'm still just as important as a client with multiple accounts. Better customer service here than most places (not just banks) and they don't seem like they're faking it, these guys actually seem happy to help.

BB&T has been my bank for years and I'm so happy I lasted through that year in BB&T-less Houston, because Austin has a couple branches and I still love this bank (as much as you can possibly love a bank.) I find myself going into this branch opposed to calling or processing some stuff online just because they are so friendly and service is fast and efficient. I've never waited in line here. I once waited 2.5 hours with my BF at his Bank of America branch. Here, pftt never. I think it's because BB&T is mostly popular with Northerners, but if you're shopping around for a bank, I'd choose a lesser-known one to skip the waits. Wanna know the best part of this bank? It's not only Downtown and centrally located, but it has it's own parking lot! Downtown! Try to find a more convenient bank Downtown.. go on.. I'll wait.

Over-promised and under-delivered! I've spent weeks working out a HELOC, just for the offer to be but in half and then to nothing. I will not be using this bank. I was supposedly dealing with the manager of the Airport location and the whole process was a joke. I might suggest being honest with your potential customers opposed to selling them the sky and not delivering on said promises. Sad... Justin
