I went in to close an account that I wasn't using. They said it was done but would take 72 hours to reflect on my account. The apparently didn't shut it down and now I'm getting fees. Every time I call them it either rings and rings or it gets picked up and immediately hung up. That location isn't close to me, I only used it because it was near where I had a lunch meeting. If I have to go back to fix something that should have been done already and easily fixed over the phone, then that's extremely inconvenient.

While traveling in Austin, I encountered an issue with excess cash and chose to deposit it at an ATM, a task I had completed numerous times without incident. However, when I visited this specific branch and used their ATM, it experienced a malfunction, capturing my card after I had inserted my money. The machine's beeping startled me, prompting me to seek immediate assistance. Upon the arrival of a representative, the machine released half of my money and returned my card. As I was in an Uber and eager to avoid further delay, I left without confirming the transaction, only to later discover that the machine had not processed my deposit.Within 20 minutes, I returned to the same branch, entered, and stood there for roughly 30 minutes before approaching another staff member who was standing nearby, clearly aware of my presence. After explaining my situation, I was eventually placed on a waiting list for an additional 20 minutes. Following a 30-minute wait, someone approached me, recognizing me from the ATM, and asked if everything was alright. I detailed my experience, and she assured me that a technician would arrive to assess the possibility of recovering my lost funds. She recorded my name, but I have not received any updates or communication from her or anyone else. Being required to stand there for almost an hour awaiting assistance is absolutely ridiculous.Recovering my funds shouldn't have to take this long .

They made us wait a very long time for our appointment in the middle of a working day. When we complained, they didn’t seem to care one bit. Finally, we told them we were leaving and their response was “ok”.

The employees at this location have always been sweet and welcoming. I was turned away at the shoal creek location and then happily welcomed at this Cameron rd location by Diego. Very grateful for the service here.

I have been doing business with PNC when it was Compass Bank. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and will be changing banks soon. There is a local number for the bank but you can never get anyone to answer.

I understand now why this branch has such terrible reviews. I went to close a deceased relative's account, and was asked for my ID and asked to wait. Waited 15 minutes while people ran around doing everything but acknowledging me or letting me know I'll be attended to soon.I don't mind waiting, I get people are busy, but seeing a customer in the lobby and not letting them know they're with someone else, or just got to finish one thing, anything. It's customer service 101.I left and went to another bank that had to be closed, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was actually treated like a person, given condolences and everything! Imagine that...I bank here too, and I've got half a mind to find myself a new bank.

IMPOSSIBLE TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER! You'll log into your PNC account, go through 5 pages of entering info. On the last page, it'll say "call us at this number" (which is only open a limited time during the day). You call, press ten prompts and they say "oh we don't do wire transfers here, you need to go into a branch."

This is the worst bank I've ever had in my entire life (and I've had quite a few). Compass was bought out by them about a year and a half ago and since it has been nothing but hassles and problems. 3 months to get a new "PNC" debit card, multiple mailing issues with cancelling my Compass debit card and getting one of the three they sent me activated. Compass wasn't great, the only reason I joined them was that they used to offer free ATM use, once they ended that practice I stayed just out of not wanting to deal with any of the other bank's bs or having them open multiple credit cards for me with out me asking.Compass even lasted through the bank bail outs, and then BOOM, here come these Eagle phan idiots who won't let you see your account balance when you need it (weekend nights). I get that normal people might be asleep Friday and Saturday nights, but for those of us that are still living our lives we need to see what we're able to spend. Ffs.

If it was possible to give them 0 stars I honestly would. Service here is TERRIBLE. They never seem to have enough tellers for the amount of business they get. No one answers the phone and there are 2 numbers listed for the location. I came in a week ago to get a debit card .. the card machine broke I had to come in the next week and I’ve been waiting over an hour to simply get a new debit card

Terrible. They have lied to me for the last two weeks saying they are processing my request. I've spent hours on the phone, they are holding up my business by failing to close an account that has never been used. Should be ashamed.

Worst PNC ever! There were 4 girls inside, 1 drive through lane open and only 1 girl doing all the transactions from the lobby and the drive thru. The other girls were just sitting there talking. I literally waited 30 minutes at the window to just cash a check, and no one in front of me. This branch is absolutely horrible!
