Despite a few bumps in the road in opening a new account, the bankers took great care of me & got everything setup correctly.Since then my experience with PNC Bank has been solid & I am glad to bank Orange.

Unacceptably bad. Tried to close out a line of credit that had never been used. Was told 3-5 business days... had to come in person to do it. Came in person, filled out the required paperwork. 5 days later after calling every day I am told there is another form they forgot about. I remind them this was a rush job, they said we could docusign. I docusigned. I called every day to inquire if it was done... 5 days later I am told that they can't accept docusign, but if I come in person to the bank they have the "correct" form. They don't understand their own processes.

Unfortunately, my business accounts transferred to PNC after they acquired BBVA in late 2021.PNC customer service has been abysmal.First, the signature updates that were executed prior to the BBVA Investments acquisition was lost in the transfer and needed to be completed again.Secondly, I have simply been trying to get both the PNC Banking and PNC Investment accounts visible thru online banking after the BBVA Bank acquisition in October 2021 – months have passed and still no success.1. First, the hotlines are consistently overwhelmed (wait times are consistently at least either as a result of not having made the appropriate staffing adjustments to account for the additional customers post acquisition and / or they were simply understaffed to start with.2. Secondly, I’m not even sure why they have the customer service numbers since apparently only the branch representatives can help – and, unfortunately, regular promises of follow-up from the branch go unfulfilled.3. Thirdly, I have been the Stassney and Manchaca branch several times to resolve this issue – each time I am assured that it will be taken care of and each time I have been disappointed.I’m fairly sure I’ll get a rote response like their normal one to the BBB “PNC takes our customers concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter.”1. First, from my experience and the many comments of others, I see no evidence that PNC takes our customers concerns or even the customers themselves seriously at all.2. Secondly, it will be interesting how long it will take to resolve this simple update.

Well it is interesting that BBVA is rated 1 and 1/2 stars. I would rather get a root canal every day for a year than try to bank with BBVA. We have our business account as well as our personal accounts with BBVA. The service at the local branches is abysmal at best. WE try to use the branches near us at Mckin

Sergio is the definition of what customer service in banking should be like. Went to a different PNC branch in Austin who seemed to be absolutely lazy when trying to get an account open due to the recent merger of PNC and BBVA. However Sergio didn’t allow the tough times to get to him, and got it done. PNC is already a fantastic bank, but Sergio is the icing on the cake.

Banking (as well as with most businesses right now during COVID) is a little more complicated. This branch isn't necessarily the closest to my place of work or home, but I happened to be in this area on a particular day, and Greg went above and beyond in customer service to help me with my account and daily spending limit in a personal emergency. It was a frustrating ordeal and he was very sensitive and understanding of my situation, with a very solution-focused attitude. He was able to fix my issue quickly and efficiently. Any issues I have in the future, I'll drive a little further for great customer service. Thank you!

I am new business owner and started banking here mainly because of the no fee business checking account. So far, that has been great.

Don't even feel like giving 1 star....Worst Banker experience at this location, I don't blame the bank but blame the banker lady who don't know her job and not professional at all, she lost my Signed Document and on top of that she leis that she never got it from me. I told them to look at the camera and find out and they can't do it … Never ever going back or recommend anyone ….

Horrible customer service.Ive had to get a new card so many times because the security at this bank is horrible. This time when they canceled card and sent me new one they continued to allow charges to be charged to a card thatvwas disabled due to fraud and i had already went and paid any accurate charges from another account because i was assured the deactivated card would not be charged and new card was mailed out a week after i recieved new card and activated it they still allowed charges to go through on card that had been deactivated then charged be nsf fees that they caused. The companies reveresed charges once they discovered it was a mistake but compass refused to reverse nsf charges when ive called they have hung up put me on hold for hours and been rude. I ve been told they will not refund them because it wasnt there fault when in fact they allowed a disabled card that was closed for fraud to be charged so it was. They do this primarly to people on limited income which is no suprise im talking to others to see if theres more we can to in court setting to stop this.

Under no circumstances should you use this bank, especially the branch in Austin, Texas at 5800 N Mopac Expy. If you have any problem -- say your ATM card gets eaten by the ATM machine at the branch at 5800 N Mopac Expy -- no one in the branch will help you. They will instead send out a 19-year-old who will shake her head and say there is absolutely nothing they can do. She will tell you to call the same 1-800 number that you must call for every single question you ever have at this bank (800-COMPASS). Because there is only one number, no matter what you need, you must prove your worth by enduring an absurd amount of waiting and selecting options. You will call that number and then stay on the phone for about an hour, and you will be transferred around from person to person about 17 times. No one will actually be able to help you -- until you find yourself raising your voice out of sheer desperation and exhaustion. 58 minutes after you dialed the only number the bank gives out for every single issue, a guy will say that he has taken care of the problem and you will get a new card in 10 days. There will be absolutely nothing else you can do. You will never understand why this took so lon and was so difficult. So you will meekly thank this last guy and then hang up the phone and curl up into a ball saying for the 500th time, "I have really got to find a new bank."

My favorite bank I have ever banked at, ever. My experience with Dee, one of the bankers, has been exceptional. Great advice, and really goes out of her way to provide personalized customer service.

I highly recommend BBVA Compass at Stassney Lane! The service is exceptional. The employees are attentive, patient, and understanding. Two credit unions and two banks failed to address my banking needs, but BBVA Compass delivered what I needed in less than 24 hours. BBVA Compass has gained a loyal customer for life!
