Disappointing experience with this PNC branch.
I opened an account at this branch based on a promotion offering a gift voucher. Before proceeding, I asked to explain the requirements, then deposited the requested amount and redirected my monthly paycheck to the account. Repeated follow-ups were ignored, including emails to the branch manager. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service, I’ll be closing my account today.

I always have a really positive experience inside at this branch in particular, and especially so today. Debbie gave me some really good information about credit builder accounts that I am looking forward to setting up, and left me feeling upbeat and hopeful. Thank you Debbie!

Had to make a quick visit here and the staff was able to get me in and out in 10min! Ana was very helpful in getting everything I needed taken care of, as well as suggesting some plans PNC offers that I wasn’t aware of. Overall a very nice visit, thank you!

I honestly see why they have a 2.4 rating. No one at this location wants to assist the customer. I wanted to set up online banking and get a debit card. I told them I was fine with it having to be mailed they kept saying go to Shoal Creek location. I finally just left as they did not seem interested in assisting.

Probably the worse bank we have been with I deposited a check on the 9th this month and I'm still waiting on it to go into our bank account. I don't see how it's convenient for us to use and we have to wait literally going on 2 weeks for it to even hit our bank account. We definitely will be closing our accounts and opening at chase or somewhere else. If I could zero stars I would because they are not worth a one star either....

If I could put 0 I would put 0. Very bad Verónica, on two occasions I felt indiscriminated because of my immigration status even though I later returned with all my papers in order. Ironic that the only Hispanic woman at the bank made me feel this way.
There are no complaints with the other employees, on the contrary they are very friendly. No complaints with the bank either, since my wife and my mother have accounts, and so far so good.
I don't make these reviews, much less negative ones.

I'm transferring my savings account from B of A to PNC bank who gives 4% return. B of A gives .5% or less. I suspect B of A has control of Google reviews and they manipulate the reviews of this bank. The goal of the big banks are to snuff out small banks so they don't have to compete with 4% interest. The syndicate big banks will have people write bad reviews warranted or not.

Each department tells a to do a different task. Go into the branch they say call the service number. Call the service number they say go into a location branch
